Oh how I wish women would never allow a man to degrade them by having another woman and even faunting it in front of them. Unfortunately when you’re in love or infatuated with a person only you know your limits and when to walk away. I wish they would never past the boundary of allowing someone to totally humiliate you but for love or family we think we have to fight. When in the end it would wiser to just walk away from the onset.

I hate dramas that centre on the excessive worship of men, and often deliberately belittles its female characters.

Both he and mistress are shameless and invited her to their house. The mistress is as old as his mother. I think he loves a mother’s figure. He threats his mistress better than his wife. What a scumbag. I think the wife should just leave him to his mistress and move on with her life and the baby. She is young and beautiful, I’m sure she can find somebody who will treasure her and love her unconditionally.

Warning: if you watch this entire drama to the end, the spineless doormat of a wife takes him back in the end. It's a big disappointment.

This was the episode that makes him guilty because he invites his old girlfriend into his house which is a sign that something is about to end.

This scene made me so angry 😡 Wang Yu came to their home to show Gao Mi that she was the important one for him. Both of them were so horrible to Gao Mi, like a slap in the face. He completely humiliated Gao Mi by asking his lover to eat dinner with them. He devalued their marriage and showed both of them that it meant nothing to him. Where Was His Mom!? She would have ran that skank out of the house and blasted Zao Kai for the whole situation.

The husband didn't back up his wife b/c he didn't love her enough! Entire meal, he said listened to the 2 women talked, especially his shamless GF went on and on with how she treasured their past! He treated his wife like a doormat, whenever one thing wasn't in his liking, he wont come home, worse, he excused himself from family dinner to go out with gf. Man like him doesn't deserve a family!

An older lady... is he a little kid looking for a mother? TBH not much wrong with age differences but here the husband got married so his Ex whether she is older or younger couldn't stay away from him... Though it doesn't show that he is totally into his Ex... it does show him struggling to draw the line between personal and work relations so his Wife did the right thing in deciphering where his heart really belonged. He was very much into his work but hung up on his wife several times so it did show her that he wasn't as much into the marriage as she was. However, he was using his Ex for work purposes but his wife knew where it was going early on and his Ex. was making it personal. He couldn't break it off so his wife made the call for him. He wasn't totally guilty but he was lying to his wife about his Ex's role. He couldn't tell his wife what he was doing for work with his Ex so yes he was wrong. Why did he have to rely on his Ex so much... that's where he was guilty. However, the plot doesn't totally show the husband having an affair, only that he would stay elsewhere overnight for work purposes... the viewer assumes they are having an affair but there are many instances where the husband is pushing his Ex away and there's no evidence to show that he is, only that he doesn't totally trust his wife and meets up with his Ex after work presumably for help with business projects. So, we don't really see anything happening but it's clear that the Ex wants him back and he is trying to get over her. He has just married someone he doesn't know well so that's why they had those challenges in their relationship. He didn't love his Ex otherwise he wouldn't have fought for his wife.
