I stand with PO that the main issue is Leadership because who in the current political terrain in Nigeria has the political will to amend the constitution. It is only when the right leader is in power like PO that all these this man is discussing can take effect. Okay, since we have figured out that MC Oluomo caused problems in the last general electiin, has any leader arrested him? Oga, everything boils down to getting the leadership right first and Nigerians must do that during election if they truly want to be liberated
Like you said, if the law was followed by INEC. That it all you have to say. We have the law and it was not followed. If you amend the constitution, it only sets out laws that has to be followed. It is either we get a leadership that can follow the law or change the existing structure can we really write a well organized constitution. We can also convene a National unity government as an interim measure, but I hesitate to imagine how difficult that will be.
