So we just about saw the original members of the troupe, which was chrollo, franklin, shalnark, uvogin, Machi, phinks, feitan and pakunoda, only one missing in the group was nobunaga, and God I am hoping we get some important shit out of him in this flashback

I don’t know if people are so much underestimating the Troupe as anticipating that Hisoka will be even more deadly post-resurrection… and was already more dangerous than most members of the Troupe before that. That was a big reason why he could sort of fit in with them back when he was a (fake) member.

@@ginomontella9429 Well, he's third strongest of the Troupe when they have an arm wrestling tournament, for starters. With the deceased Uvogin being #1, that makes Hisoka second strongest in raw physical strength. If he's the strongest, he's likely also one of the faster individuals as well (and Hisoka has engaged in more displays of speed and agility than physical strength in the series anyway). His bungee gum was strong enough to completely restrain Machi from trying to go after Hisoka right after he told her he was going to kill all her friends. And he reconstituted significant portions of his body out of that stuff too. But really, what feats are we talking about? What have the members of the Troupe who are still living besides Feitan done to show they're tougher than Hisoka? Nobunaga and Feitan are the only ones who have any noteworthy feats to suggest being physically stronger and faster than Hisoka. Hisoka was strong enough to play dodgeball with Razor, fast and stealthy enough to sneak up on Gotoh in the middle of their fight and slit his throat, and he can now seemingly reconstitute any severed body parts besides his head out of bungee gum. The only reason the Troupe has a shot is because they don't have to face him individually. If they did, then only Feitan, Nobunaga, and Chrollo could maybe win. Even Chrollo is a maybe, because now he has no prep time, and Hisoka isn't going to give him the same advantages he had in their Heavens Arena fight (letting Chrollo run around collecting all the abilities relevant to their matchup before they fought).

@@engulfed0in0flames first of all, i don't think defeating gotoh and restraining a careless machi are feats. Also yes, he was playing dodgeball against razor, so were gon and killua, 2 complete nen noobs. Really defeating zazan is a better feat than everythig hisoka has done at this point. I'm not saying that hisoka is weak, but just because the troupe had much less screen time and fights doesn't mean they are inferior. Lack of feats does not mean bad feats. In a fight, probably every member but shizuku and kalluto can take him down. Hisoka can also win against everyone of course, but it's basically the whole troupe+illumi against him. Hisoka winning would be bullshit.

Chrollo literally had to know exactly when and where to fight hisoka to win... He needed prep time which isn't possible in a real nen battle... The spiders are weak or near hisoka before he died... Now that's he'd died he's much stronger... Spiders would easily be taken out now... Chrollo has lost many abilities he used on hisoka and guess what he literally needed a stand full of people just to win...

Bruh you want to talk about plot armour... Chrollo vs Hisoka Is literally the biggest plot armour for chrollo... Turns up with new abilities never shown before... With a bookmark. Chrollo had the perfect abilities to beat Hisoka if one was missing he would have lost. He needed a crowd full of people... He needed the perfect situation oh he needed the perfect plot just to beat hisoka... And all he did was make him 10x stronger

The reason you're getting these flash backs of the spiders is because they aren't long for this world... 2 people is all it will take to destroy them even if they both work solo

@@goldenboy140 I've been saying this for years but people think he has a nen boost. Technically, he has a nerf on his abilities. He won't be able to make precise bungee gum with his hand and leg. On top of that, he has to maintain his bungee gum prosthetics up which will deplete his nen.

There isn't enough material for that yet. Even if there was, we would get a season then nothing for half a decade and that's with the manga not going into hiatus within those 5 years. There is approximately 2 years difference between a manga and its anime adaptation, just look at MHA.
