Yeah, I wouldn't mind a GDI vs GDI game mode, just for fun, but Nod vs Nod is like... actually as canon as you can be.

@@Archont_ That "Thing" is hardly any proper lore.. just Kane going to the scrin world and going "Alright later" and for it being GDI vs GDI, a single commander going rouge doesn't count. NOD takes in battered and abused countries and unites them under a single banner, of course there will be... points of conflict between countries.

They like support alot tho, they really appreciate it I'm speaking of youtube gameplays and stuff to turn ppl into playing this epic mod and I hope we welcome them instead of blaming lol but in the end everyone gets some kind of fun playing this art piece right? It just takes time to find the hang out of games how to play them and stuff.

Steel Talons makes more sense since the majority of them are composed of conservative pundits that refused to adopt the new GDI military doctrine in Tiberum Wars (and instead prefers TibDawn/TibSun era equipment, not to mention them not having advanced infantry).

Kinda yes, I'd suspect. I haven't gotten to Tiberium Wars / C&C3 yet, or played the expansions to TibDawn or TibSun, but I'd think that is the case, yes.

I assume so, considering the other Nod faction is represented by blue much like the opening missions of Tib Sun.

Slavic was the leader of the Black Hand, so yes. As well as Marcion after his death. Nod consists of many such cells and de facto private armies of different sub cults and ideological groups. Would like to see some more of them fleshed out, but Black Hand was always the most powerful and the most popular. It was referred to as "the inquisition of Nod itself".

I wonder when some players with limited imagination will realize that there are things like game logic and authenticity. It's authentic, because it's visibly a nuke and behaves like a nuke enough to feel right and to not stretch the suspension of disbelief. It's also simple game logic, because it can be rerouted during gameplay and must be identified immediately by non professionals in the field. Now go back to Kerbal Space Program or IL-2 Sturmovik or whatever and be pedantic and nitpicky there, where it's actually appropriate.

These guys won't bother realising because RenX isn't trying to be realistic. It's aiming for most chaotic sci-fi shooter. If they were promising realistic simulation of real life warfare, then I'd be joining you in the disappointment wagon and scream my own complaints as well

Some maps have them, Crashsite for example, has a Tiberiun Sun Warfactory as a tech building. It allows the team holding it to build Titans and Wolverines.

It can be steel talons, a group that is established with the tiberium sun, against the Zocom a group that is established with tiberium wars or after this. The Steel Talons are a gdi group that life in past and use the mechs from tiberium sun timeline. But they have maybe different objectivs and strategy but they both are loyal gdi members. The gdi never had a internal civil war.

The GDI equivalent of this mode will be GDI vs. Steel Talons.

Black hand crush everything, it is most powerful faction in tiberium universe. Never losed with it against my friends and they hated me when i picked black hand and win the game under 10 minutes. For a FPS it is the wrong faction to get a fair fight. And also it breaks the lore of the tiberium timeline. Because: The origins of the black hand go back to the founding of Nod. Actually installed as a religious police, the cult gained more and more power over the years. With Kane's full support, the members of the Black Hand rose to become one of the most important pillars in the Brotherhood of Nod, but still managed to operate largely in secret - invisible to friends and foes.This changed with the second Tiberium war. After Kane's disappearance, Anton Slavik took over the leadership of Nod and, with his past as prelate of the Black Hand, moved the organization to the fore. It split the cult into two camps: the Slavik faithful and the followers of the popular priest Marcion, who accused Anton of treason.The conflict quickly got out of hand and eventually ended with Anton Slavik's death, causing the cult to fall apart. Marcion retired to Australia with the remains of the Black Hand and regained his strength there. Now he returns to the scene and declares himself the only true prophet, and even stands against Kane himself. So when we let the early black hand fight it would be a internal fight between black hand and black hand. The blackhand that we know from Kanes Wrath, would fight other NOD factions but it would be a half century in future from tiberium sun conflict that we get this fall. Also we see blackhand air suport but they never used air units, stealth tech or soulless cyborgs or mechs. With the exception of the purifier mech, who is blessed by a priest before every combat mission. The better opinion to show a internal NOD fight in the 2. conflict would be NOD against CABAL, the ai that invented by nod.
