Our close relative came across this flat in 2021 at C-148.Owner :Priyanka Singh.Its been 3yrs n the owner & family kept giving NUISANCE.Uncivilised behaviour at every step.It seems as if they had a prayer with God to create nuisance with the tenants who pay in advance. The OWNER THEMSELVED LIVE AS A TENANT IN ANOTHER CITY BUT ACT AS IF THEY'RE 'The Tatas!' They expect u to give their flat for usage (even the beds & toilets) at ur absence and call themselves modest. Their cousins(lady living@Ground Flr) is their personal watchman who updates them on a hourly basis. Try tippin' her ! Not to forget,they love keeping building lights off at night whereas other nearby buildings keep atleast a basic light fixture on. They expect the tenants to be neat freak when they themselves keep the premise super dirty! The cherry on top is they'd lock the building door and expect Senior citizens and our relatives' baby to wait on road, until their servant comes 4hours later to open the gates.
