Nokia Lumia 800 Contacts Transfer (Direct) 

i have been trying to transfer the contacts from my old phone but really its a real major joke.. just cant do it.. here, you show me how to do this and im grateful, i nearly throw this phone away.. lucky me..

@HrWeber93 in theory it should work with almost any phone with bluetooth, it has been tested with things like iPhone, etc, but if it doesn't work, check out my other video (see description under video)

hi, when switching from lumia to another, just login on the new device with your live/hotmail account and all your contacts will automatically load onto that phone! no need for any special transfer methods.

Sorry, i am new at using Lumia 800 i am just getting used to it. I have already transfered my contacts from a Nokia n8 and it worked succesfuly, but when i want to find a contact name in my Lumia I cant find it anywhere. Only when i Want to make a call i can pick the name of whom i want to communicate with, other wise I can it in a list and I can not edit the information of a certain contact.

to do this, don't try to pair the phone together first, just switch on the bluetooth and make sure it's visible on your old device, load "Contacts Transfer" on your Lumia, and then follow the instructions as in the video. hope his helps, if you are still having issues, click on more in description under the video and see my other video on how to do via outlook.

hi, Bluetooth pictures not possible, only way to transfer pics/videos is via your skydrive, computer, mms, e-mail, etc.

I have all up to date contacts in my Nokia Lumia 800, which I am using currently. I am buying I Phone 5 and need to transfer all 1700 contacts on that. how do I do it? i had tried to save all contacts on LIVE.COM. didnt work.

Which handset are you transferring it from?

You Microsoft Outlook? if so, sign into (you may need a plugin - see my other video (link in description above). Once loaded you can manage contacts; delete, change, etc. Side effect: your birthday notifications may also be duplicated, even after deleting a duplicate contact, so go to: calendar.live.com , login & delete duplicates again, else whenever you get a birthday notification, it will pop-up twice, can get annoying! Good luck!

I transferred my contacts, but they don't show up in the actual contacts section and I don't know whyyyyy

HELP PLEASE!!!! I have a nokia lumia 920 and I had a nokia X6 before (just like in your video). I did the same procedure on the videe and copied texts and contacts, but then when I go to my contacts i don't seem to have the actual list, only if i go to search and start searching a name in particular. WTH? Can anyone please help me out? Thanks

@llaadd when people text me it comes up under their names, but not in the phone book, but I don't think it worked with my old phone in general so I'm just getting numbers the old fashion way :P

I have a Nokia Lumia 800. Tried all but only half contacts uploadedi in live account Now I have to buy another phone I dont know how to transfer all....to ne phone. I have some 1700 contacs.

contacts wont transfer from my iphone4 to my nokia lumia 900 :/
