Whis is an angel, absolutely untouchable. He is stronger than Lord Beerus but his job is to watch over Lord Beerus, the only thing is angels can't fight.
Kefla is the combination of two sayians from universe 6. Their power is multiplied by each others, so they are more powerful than they were individually.

@@piers00nivans he got quite a bit of energy back from Frieza after his fight with Jiren and he recovered quite a bit more fighting both of them at the same time instead of them fused I'd say he was fighting at 40-50% which should of been enough to once again wreak her shit
@@chrisdogg1403 as weird as it sounds, manga came after the anime on this, for some weird reason, the guy working on the Manga decided to level Kefla down to Gohan in power level. Not the only crazy thing he did either. He had Master Roshi dodging Jiren attacks
The bigger version of Beerus is his brother Champa, and the reason that Kefla looks like Broly is because she is a fusion and one of the people inside the fusion is basically the Broly of universe 6.
Fusions are extremely powerful. It's not just adding two individual's power together, but multiplying them. So a fused form in SSJ2 is enormously powerful, especially given both the fighters that fused to form her were very, very strong already. She's nowhere near as strong as the fusion of Goku and Vegeta (because neither of them are as strong as Goku or Vegeta are individually; although she is far, far stronger than the version of Vegito that fought Buu), but her fused form was enough to slap around SSJ God before she even went SSJ2. And yes, Whis is much stronger than Beerus. So much so that he could defeat Beerus in a single blow if he had to.
The reason her voice sounds that way, and she's so strong is because she's a fusion. When Goku screamed at her and sent her flying, he blew her away with his ki. Yes Whis is stronger than Beerus. Champa looks like Beerus because they're brothers.
Goku was running on empty prior to fighting Kefla, so his ssj blue was nowhere close to as strong as it should be but Kefla is pretty powerful herself too.
In response to your little bit on Vegeta, arguably the only thing he beat Goku in is the red Super Saiyan God transformation. Goku needed a ritual with the power of 5 other Saiyans to achieve that form, but after seeing it, Vegeta was able to master the form without any help. I'd say Goku has a gift for finding the path to the next level, and Vegeta has the talent to replicate those paths easily. This arc is actually where their paths finally start to diverge.
I mean to be fair I wouldn't say he got it without any help. He DID have to convince Whis to train him on how to get god ki, and then he was able to learn it, though its implied both in the anime and manga that he and Goku figured out how to do blue shortly after that so its not used as much by him.
@@CamronSixx22 vegeta literally was beating goku in the saiyan saga evan with goku using a cheated kioken booster than goku with a power level close to 30,000 was freaking struggling with an 18,000 power level vegeta and still had to beef up kioken evan more I mean after that vegeta could still move while hoku could barely. And if goku didn't have help if it was a proper 1v1 goku would have died in the end if tge z fighters didn't help. Also it was stated they were equals in ssj2 during the buu saga and yet vegeta again was mainly winning vegeta also won a fair 1v1 in super hero. He also masterd kioken 10 times faster than goku and can use it better goku just has Mc plot armer cause if you really look at it whenever goku and vegeta themselves actually fight vegeta really was the one in the advantage also considering how goku drunk magical water to unlock his potential learned a cheat technique that multi folds his power and has trained with a 400 year old Martial arts master and 2 gods yet he still was loosing to goku in a 1vs1 evan when his power level was higher because of kioken
@Camron McDonald Yeah, it wasn't exactly on his own, but it wasn't with the ritual, which I think is the important thing. It's more the fact that Vegeta can say he didn't take a shortcut that Goku took. But it really isn't a clear victory for Vegeta, which is why I said arguably. Him and Goku supposedly learned SSB at the same time, in the same training session, so it's unknown who got that one first. In the manga, Goku is the one to "master" SSB first, though.

Fun fact, in the manga she was more Balanced and it was Gohan that kinda defeated her. they both knocked each other out but It makes sense Kefla being Ultimate Gohan Level rather then Ultra Instinct Sign
But she wasn’t UI Sign Goku level in the anime either, that’s why she lost so badly. She’s extremely fast and strong but she couldn’t do anything to Goku after he went UI Sign. Couldn’t even lay a finger on him.
He kept asking why Kefla's voice sounded like it is and it's because with every fusion there's a sync in both voices (In reality they have only on of the voice actors in question and alternate adding multiple voice layers to add onto it and with the help of auto-tune is Kefla, Vegito, Gogeta, and Fusion Zamasu's voices)

One of the saiyans that makes up the fusion that is Kefla, is essentially the Broly or legendary super saiyan of the 6th universe. And actually looks more like Broly than the fused form so good eye!
7:30 it’s been explained somewhere that Angels are born with ultra instinct and master it as they age, and mortals weren’t expected to ever unlock it, and as a divine form, it’s stamina/ki usage is taxing on a mortal body.
The female sayians are actually a fusion between 2 sayians and her super form is alot stronger then the original form. Its similar to brolys form which u can tell from the hair and her going super sayians 2 in that green hair form will most probably be a bigger gap than the original super sayian 1 to 2
Kefla's Super Saiyan was able to match (kind of) Goku's God Forms because she's a Legendary Super Saiyan like Broly. So when Cabba said she reached Super Saiyan 2, it's not just regular SS2. It's like a Legendary equivalent. Which is far stronger.
Vegeta actually does get to a level beyond Goku for a little while during the Cell saga, but it was a pretty short time and otherwise he has always been behind.
First, Kefla is the fusion of Kale and Califla. Kale is a brawler, Califla is her shy sister, but when she went Super Saiyan, it's revealed that she's a Legendary Super Saiyan, just like Broly Also, the line, "Choking on my power", I thought the exact same as you!

ssj4 is uncannon. Ssj3 takes up a lot of energy so he cant use it except in desperate measures. The spirit bomb absorbs the life energy all around it into a huge energy ball. You have to be pure hearted to use this attack.
Kefla is the mix of 2 saiyans using the kai earrings, one of those saiyans is the "legendary super saiyan" from universe 6, just like broly but a different universe. That's why its kinda green like that :P
4:13 the reason that they sound that way and the reason they r super strong is because they are a fusion fusion multiplies the 2 saiyans powers by alot so it can compete with UI goku
Her voice is like that because she's a fusion, the same way Vegito is a fusion of goku and vegeta using those earrings. And yeah, champa is a bigger beerus because theyre literally brothers. Why Kefla looks like Broly is because Kale is the broly of Universe 6. Basically, there is one legendary super saiyan every 1000 years, and for universe 7, its Broly. For universe 6, where Cabba, Kale, and Caulifla are from, Kale is that universes equivalent of Broly. Yes, their transformation was exactly the same as goku and vegeta when they became Vegito against Super Buu, and again against merged Zamasu. They've only ever canonically fused twice. The movies have had them fuse 2 more times, but with the same dance that Goten and Trunks used to become Gotenks. In the Janemba movie and in GT against Omega Shenron, they used the dance to basically become the opposite personality wise, as Gogeta. And a super saiyan TWO version of THAT is why its so powerful, and why SSJ1 kept up with blue. Broly actually does the same thing in the movie that introduced him into canon. He kept up with goku and vegeta completely until they fused into Gogeta, another fusion that goku and vegeta possess, but with the metamoran dance instead of the potarra earrings. That movie also brought Gogeta into the canon universe, which up until this point, both broly and gogeta were relegated to non canon GT and non canon movies. Now they are officially Dragonball characters As far as the angels, they are all stronger than the gods of destruction, and are also always in Ultra Instinct state. Thats why their hair is white, they are naturally in MUI. But the rules that Zeno (the "who are these kids" moment) set forth, are that the angels are always just the stewards of the G.O.D. As for SSJ4, that transformation is entirely non canon material, only showing up in GT and Dragon Ball Heroes. As goku and vegeta never grew their tails back in canon, nor did they ever turn into apes again after Z, they didn't master the Ape form and become SSJ4, which is supposed to be basically the saiyan using the entirety of their great ape form's power as a humanoid instead of a giant primate. Its the GT equivalent of SSJ God essentially as far as looks go but god is still largely a stronger power up. So much so, in fact, that a fan fight between Super Goku, and GT goku, that when super goku showed GT goku SSJ god, he actually made the statement that he thought SSJ 4 gogeta, because of the sparkling aura, had achieved SSJ god on his own without the ritual much like Goku did in Battle of Gods movie against Beerus. In super, Vegito CAN go SSJ Blue, and as of the Broly movie, Gogeta can also go SSJ Blue. Neither of them can go SSJ4 as not only does it involve the great ape form and either the moon or blutz waves that simulate what the moon does to them, it also requires the transformation in general to be canonized in the main canon. The yell Goku does in AUI is supposed to be a call back to SSJ4, as the voice that is echoing past his actual yell is the Ozaru form, however this has never been directly stated, and with Akira's passing, it likely never will be as there isnt really much need to directly state it. Its even more obvious that it is two distinct voices and not just an echo in the Japanese Dub, even though the extra voice underneath is yell is never reacted to by any character including Goku himself. The clown G.O.D is voiced by a black guy, yes.
4:10 Its because its a Fusion and Fusion is 2 peoples strenght together so it makes sense that 2 people being ssj2 ( super saiyan 2 ) is as strong as ssjgss (super saiyan blue ) and why she has green hair is because Kale is the legendary super saiyan of the 6th Universe. Shes the exact same as Broly, a legendary super saiyan but from another universe.

The echo in Kefla's voice is because she's a potara fusion between Kale and Kaulifla, 2 saiyans from Universe 6. Kale is U6's Broly essentially, but she learned how to control the LSSJ form mid-tournament.
The Super Saiyan 4 transformation comes from Dragon Ball GT which is a Non canon Dragon ball series. Goku did turn into Super Saiyan 4 first. then Vegeta was able to turn into that form as well after having a Blood wave machine used on Vegeta. The Machine simulates the moon effects which activates the Saiyan cells that turn Saiyans into there Great Ape form even without their tail attached to them. Which combining the super Saiyan transformation they become a Golden Great Ape, then by powering up more they kept some Ape features in there humanoid form. They have reddish fur, tails, longer/wild blackish hair, yellow or blue eyes, and some red eyeliner.
8:28 ssj4 is exclusive to GT (and therefore not canon). Goku briefly went ssj3 back when he was fighting them separately but lacked the power to sustain it
Whis, as well as the other Angel Attendants for the Gods of Destruction, know and have mastered the use of Ultra Instinct. In fact, Whis is Beerus' teacher, though still league above Beerus.
It drives me nuts how he doesn't know who any of these people are. The tournament of power aired back in like 2017. The reason their fusion was so powerful was because of Kale. She's the Universe 6 equivalent of Broly and has Berserk energy. That power alone rivals SSG Blue as seen in the Broly Movie. Vegeta and Goku had to fuse to to stop him.
keflas voice sounds like that becausre its two characteristics bunched up into a new being but with both voices talking at the same time. All the angels are always on Master Ultra Instinct thats why all of their hair is white for all the angels.
