Mag nade rework idea: Reduce total damage to 20 or something, remove the hinder status, keep the slow and tracking, add an effect that "magnetizes" secondary fire bullets to attached enemy, basically increasing their effective hitbox so secondary fire has some synergy with it like it used to with flashbang.
Also, for Sombra, make her invisibility a meter that you have to fill up with damage first and that runs out the longer you're in stealth, translocator can function sorta like Pharah's rocket boost and fill up half of the meter on top of teleporting and activating the passive invisibility faster.
Cass is supposed to be a character that's good into mobility. Removing the hindrance would make him worse than he is now I like the idea of mcrees flash coming back in a healthy way like so Also I don't understand your vision for Sombra it sounds completely different to her infiltration style. While I will agree she is very frustrating to play. I feel like there are healthier changes to do
