The fact that the bloke smerked when you mentioned about dumping it on his drive would of been a red rag to a bull. I wouldn't have hesitated and not of given him the courtesy or the respect he clearly didn't deserve. People like that always think they are untouchable.
What a silly sweeping, vacuous statement. You get ignorant people like this in every race, and they are more common as white British people here. Most people at the dole are scummy white people. I’ll play you a sad song on my tiny violin for the fact you and 48 other crying racists still have to see people of another colour everyday in the UK. Lmaooo
I would hope so but I seen an episode of cant pay take it away where the same thing happened and the council was suing the guy for fly tipping. Even though the skip guy was just returning the customers unpaid rubbish... Dont know how it turned out in court but it was worrying that they was chasing the guy
That still doesn't give the owner the right to trespass onto the property owner's home. Didn't you people claim that employees of big box stores could physically remove people who didn't wear masks? Well, private homeowners can use LETHAL force against trespassers like this guy.
@@jamiesumner8311 So store employees can use physical force against customers for not wearing masks, but a homeowner can't gently remove a repairman trespassing on his property?
We had a client that wouldnt pay. When they managed to afford a two holliday abroad, while still not paying us ,someone, I've literally no idea who, went in their garden and turned their garden tap on and left it running for the two weeks they were away. Karma is a funny old thing isnt it?
Well done lad people like that just make things difficult for hard working people funny how he has a decent Audi in the drive way which he's probably not paying for either those people should be punished !!
I don’t get it. Customers when it come to trade are jokes! They see self employed people as push overs! As a plumber I deal with it all the time.. if you have plans for a new bathroom… Garden… extension… what ever! It’s easy! Save your money so that you can pay!
@@wat6592 One little trick. No payment. Come back later and disconnect the water meter then put a marble in the pipe on the house side of the meter. Hook it back up and walk off. That marble will lodge itself stuck anywhere inside the house. It will cost a fortune to find it. 😉
After a long career in debt recovery I can honestly say that for many money claims the County Court is a waste of money and time. The old saying you can't get blood out of a stone is true. Tradesmen, take a deposit or better still payment in full for short jobs or staged payments for longer ones. If you have a good reputation, good references and fair pricing you will not lose business from decent customers.
OK, in this situation, paying up front would have seemed a perfect cause of action. But flip it round, in the majority of cases where the customer pays the contractor up front, they don't complete the job and disappear
Best always to get payment up front, or payment for every section of work completed. The goods still remain in the possession of this man, and not the person living in the house, which an awful lot of people are ignorant of. Until monies are exchanged the goods remain with the owner. I hope the tenant was sued, sent a bill for the removal
It’s happening more and more, they do a program about builders from hell.. they should do a program for clients from hell.. there’s good builders out there that are getting ripped off every day. What a joke!!
I have a bathroom fitter friend from the North of England. He’s so used to Asian customers trying to chip the agreed fee that he no longer works for that demographic.
@@Junkhead91 is it though? Or is it just acknowledging a trend through experience? Trust me if you'd been turned over by a customer after working your arse off you'd feel the same. I'll give you an example: due to my colourful past, I've known a lot of dealers. Probably close to a hundred. 98% of them were black. Is it racist to say most street level drug dealers in south east London are black, or is it just stating a fact? Too many people are allowing the fear of being labelled as racist to stop them making basic observations. And that ends up doing more harm than good
@@benturner3458 i grew up in Lewisham. You're just wrong. I know plenty of dealers and a very small percentage are black. Irish travellers, Albanians, Turkish and plenty of white English. Don't talk shite. No matter which way you slice it - it's racist. You can't judge an entire demographic of people based on some bad experiences you've had with said demographic. Imagine you went to get a haircut and the Turkish barber refused to cut your hair because of your ethnicity. Bunch of fucking gammons 😂
I was a skip driver and the time iv tip the skip for none payment i often thought will get my eagers this week but i did get paid. And was well thought on for tipping the skip. People as got to remember skip have got to pay TAX while the skip on the road i tip in over the fence
I'm a heating engineer if they don't pay I just empty the system from outside tap and they have to get me back out to fix it but not before they pay me for the work I've already done because I don't sign off the paperwork till payment in full so no warranty!! Ps I know what I'd do to his car!!
empty the system. remove the drain plug . inject 2 cans of self expanding foam up the pipe . then put a cans worth through a boiler flue (gas outlet pipe section ) .or find a outside tap and run a hose through the letter box
I remember a good tiler working on my kitchen told me he tiled a woman's kitchen and she said she wouldn't pay because it was cold on her daughter's feet in the morning.
that guy making a threat... the man at the door said, let's call the police you are no trespassing on my private property. Get a restraining order on the man outside making threats...
As someone who has known Mr Cudd for many years in a professional capacity, he is a very pleasant and hard working professional, I would and have recommended him to my customers.
They're not allowed to clamp it if it's on private property. only public land. They tried it with me once over a parking ticket I didn't pay. I park my car in the rear alleyway on my own section of land. The guy blocked me in and said he's taking my car. I threatened to reverse into his car because he's illegally restraining me by not letting me go about my day.. got a nice picture of him getting back in his car with his tail between his legs 😆😆😆 this is all after I had to physically remove him from my house which he just strolled in through the back door without knocking... reduced fine and never saw him again 👌
@@shootmcrunfast not at all mate. They illegally entered my parents property and mumbled who he was and why he was there. Then he wouldn't tell me why he was there he just said he's taking my car because I haven't paid a CCJ (I had never used to open my letters and I had letters going to my old address still) I didn't know about the CCJ at all 😆 Next. I told him he shouldn't be in my house and he kept mumbling about he's allowed to enter my property. I told him he can't just walk in the back door and he started mumbling even more. Wouldn't tell me his company name clearly or the persons name he was after (me). So I saw him as an intruder. I switched because I thought he was one of those fraudulent dickheads that try to scare people into paying money they don't owe. My dad came down stairs and said who the fuck are you and why are you in my house and h STILL wouldn't tell us clearly who or why he was there and what legal right he had being there so me and my dad grabbed him and pulled him out the house. The bailiff then rang the police and had his car blocking mine and I wanted to leave as I was about to anyway. Then the rest is in my previous comment. He had no legal ground to block me in. It's detaining someone. They're not allowed to detain people. They're bailiffs not police. He moved his car. The police turned up and spoke to my dad. I gave my statement. I paid a reduced fine and haven't had any trouble from them since. They even gave me longer to pay it. The guy was a class A bellend. They have to knock at the front door before trying the rear door (he didn't). They have to make themselves known when entering an open door by calling out (he didn't). They have to clearly state who they are and why they are in your house and also not escalate situations with ignorant comments like "I'm taking your car right now" My car wasn't even in my name it was in my dad's so he still had no legal right to block the car in or take it. Dcbl are the biggest bullies going. There are hundreds of videos on RU-vid of people's experiences with them and it's sickening that they do it to our elders and they push people into killing themselves as well.. that's the truth...
Yeah, not allowed to because it technically belongs to the leasing company so it's not the non-payer's property. When you write off a leased car the bulk of the insurance payout goes to the finance company and you only get the scraps of what's left.
if they don't pay you upfront, don't do the job, it is so annoying and frustrating when people take a meek out of someone's business. good thing you dump it right in front of him, that will teach him a very good lesson, and look he got a very posh expense 4x4 Audi and he can't pay. fake life
If it's going through court then just continue going through court? All you're doing by dumping it back is making it easier for him to not pay. Now he can claim he's distressed. Now he can claim h can't drive to work, now he can claim loss of earnings etc etc etc
How do people Think they have the right to have another man break sweat and pay for materials out there pocket for you to bump him you wouldn’t get away with that with me
As much as the guy is wrong for not paying, he's not the one uploading footage calling people a "nonse". Unprofessional really and unnecessary. Although, I don't expect much from a bailiff so it's not huge surprise.
Why the bailiffs gone to the property and clamped his car to make him pay if no money in two days pick his car up and the bailiffs take the car and sell it just to cover you money and the court costs so he is left with nothing
It's illegal to clamp on private driveways, also I'd bet my left ball the car is leased meaning the bailiffs can't have it because it belongs to the finance company.
