I know this is late in coming but I just found your videos. I love them. I'm a senior and have been doing Zumba for about 10 years but now the videos are just too slow for me. Yours are great and I adapt some of the movements because I'm a lot older than you are but I have to say I'm getting in shape and my jeans are a lot looser now. Thanks so much. Hope you continue to make videos like these. You guys are just what I needed!

Love this! I have pots so it's hard for me to do super intense workouts because it can make me feel like I'm going to pass out, this was great! Kept my heart rate up and was easy to follow. I'm not a great dancer but I could do most of the moves which help me stay motivated!
Wow this is a great video..after giving birth to my daughter who is almost going to be 6mnths,i was thinking on how to shed all the baby fats...after discovering this video,i've been doing the workout everyday and I feel so revitalized.This steps are very easy to follow and am always having fun workin out..thank you so much guys🥰🥰🥰

Hi Work Out Like a Dance, we just started with my wife with this Dance Workout last night. We plan to do this every morning and every night. Sadly we only reach up to 20 mins. But hoping to finish the entire video... We are sweating a lot.. Thanks
We are happy that you chose our video as part of your fitness routine. 20mins is good for a start. Once you get to build your stamina, you should be able to finish the entire routine. And once you’re used to it, you might even want to go for the 1hr workout eventually. Just keep at it. Saying hi to your wife! Keep dancing! Stay safe.
Great Video! I Got myself a new channel that I'll be doing Zumba To! It would be great if you added a cooldown with your 30 minute workout, cause I had to leave your channel to find it. As well it maybe beneficial to have someone else to a modify move for us heavier people or people just with bad joints or seniors! Just opening up to a bigger range of people! Zumba Gold! But those are just things, you two should be super proud and I'm glad you figured some way to brighten our day with Zumba during these Covid Times!!!
