I visited NonSuch Shrooms after dropping off a steriliser barrel that I built for Ian, the owner. He was kind enough to show me around his setup, Ian's been operating out of this facility for about 3 months. He's a real success story, starting out growing in his small flat and now expanding into his own unit!
Ian's growing a fantastic product for his customers which are, at the moment, mainly market places. He hopes to expand in the near future with possible investment opportunities.
Being a chef, Ian also makes a delicious mushroom Risotto as well as quiches! He has a steady supply of wild mushrooms too which allows him to vary his range from Chanterelles and Morels to Pink, Blue/Grey, and Golden oysters!
