is there any way at all you could show how this is all set up it would help me out a lot I'm buying one this weekend and have push 2 with an apogee duet
this is what I am wondering, can the nord send 6 channels of midi at the same time. ie, can you jam on the nord, get 6 tracks of midi recorded in one go - then go into ableton, change the notes & then play it back on the nord - if so then this is pretty cool.
That is very nice bro! Thx for the video. Do you know if there is a way to sequence the nord drum? I know that there is a nord app, but i just dont want to buy an iPad just for that.
Jose Haya No, you connect the Nord Pad via Midi, sending the midi messages out of your DAW and the sound will be produced by the Nord Pad, there is no quality loss at all.
Hello how are you? I need to remove a doubt about nord drum3p, I am wanting to create my set in library E1 and I need to copy the hat of the A32 but I can not copy it and paste it in E1 without being copied the whole A32, I mean? I would appreciate your help. Thank you
Elias Huere you have to save “drum sound” not “drum kit” two different memory sections. Most of the individual sounds are not saved as sounds. Only with the kits. Just basic settings to start with. But you can select any single sound from any kit and save it in the same kind of banks order. Snares, Kicks, Hi-hat, Effects, whatever...
Dani Roperto Hey, the nord drum is connected with my focusrite audio interface which goes into a laptop. for looping i use the session clips in ableton
yeah I'm sure the looping is from ableton just capturing the information sent in as an audio waveform a built in looper for the nord, that would be too generous of nord for a drum machine and for the price if they did put a looper they would probably charge another 200 dollars. I like the song here on this video but those mid chords don't make sense to me.
