If you turn around you can put the bar in the rack and won’t need the weights on the floor.

I do these using the putting my feet under the sofa, great exercise to do after rdls to really wreck your hams 👍

Just put the bar against the legs of the squat rack. Then it won't move

Wrap a band around a rack and under your arms it will help you come back up. Works better than pushing yourself up with your arms

How can we apply progressive overload on this exercise? Im assuming by holding some sort of weight on the eay down?

Loaded stretch. It works. I recommend anyone who tries this is to use a limited range of motion in order to get time under tension when starting out. You lose tension at the top.
