BARFUSS IM SCHNEE - wenn Kälte warm macht. Barfuß durch den Schnee zu laufen regt den Kreislauf an, fördert die Durchblutung der Füße und Beine und schützt davor, krank zu werden. Meine Füsse sind sehr schnell ganz warm, nachdem ich barfuß im Schnee gelaufen bin und dann bleiben sie meistens den ganzen Tag warm!
Ich bin übrigens KEIN "Barfußläufer", der die ganze Zeit barfuß läuft. Aber ich liebe es, barfuß zu sein und die Erde unter meinen Füßen zu spüren, ich habe es immer geliebt, barfuß zu laufen. Und ich mag es, SCHNEE unter meinen nackten Füßen zu spüren. Ich kann es lnicht so lange, aber ich mache es gerne jeden Tag, (solange wir Schnee haben) um meinen Körper und meine Gesundheit zu stärken. Es fühlt sich super an!

Nordic Winter Morning Routine, Barefoot in the Snow, Snow Walk, Winter in Norway, Deep Snow. When the COLD makes you WARM! Walking barefoot through the snow stimulates the circulation, promotes blood circulation in the feet and legs and protects against getting sick. My feet are getting so warm after walking barefoot in the snow. I try to do this every day in the winter when we have snow.
I am not that "barefooter", walking barefoot all the time. But I love to be barefoot and to feel the earth under my feet, I always loved to walk barefoot. And I really like to feel SNOW under my bare feet. I can not do it for a long time, but I am doing it every day, (as long as we have snow) it´s my earthing/grounding and to strengthen my body and my health. It feels great!

Von dem ganzen barfuß gelaufen inspiriert hab ich mich jetzt erst mal angezogen RU-vid beiseite gelegt und bin barfuß rausgegangen. Danke für die Inspiration.

That sounds nice! Yes, it was a very beautiful morning. Now it´s not like that anymore. We got about 1 meter snow and today it´s raining! The weather changes a lot..

Vielen lieben Dank, Regina ❤️ Ich wünschte ich könnte dir Schnee rüberschicken ☃️🌧 Wir haben mehr als genug! Inzwischen haben wir NOCH viiiel mehr Schnee und es hört nicht auf zu schneien. Auf den Straßen ist Chaos und wir schippen jeden Tag mehrere Stunden den Schnee. Es sieht alles aus wie verzaubert, aber auch fast schon ein bißchen unheimlich. Ich komme gar nicht mehr in den Wald oder runter in den Garten. Mich hat jetzt aber sowieso eine Erkältung erwischt.. Liebste Schneegrüße zurück zu dir ☃️🌧❤️💚🌈

Thank you Alina! Our house is not big and very simple. More like a cabin. But I love it 😊 We have so much snow now, it makes me so happy and I really enjoy my morning routine, barefoot in the snow and breakfast in front of the wood stove. Do you have snow too? Liebe Grüße 💚

@@theartofnaturegermany Wie schön, dass du dann bei deinen Eltern den Schnee erleben kannst. Bei uns kam der Wintereinbruch total überraschend. Der November war so ungewöhnlich warm in diesem Jahr und ganz plötzlich, über Nacht, kam der Winter. Ich hoffe so sehr dass der Schnee wenigstens bis Weihnachten bleibt!

Thank you Ida 💚 ...to be honest...it was sooo cold (minus -10 *C degrees), first it was so fun to jump through the soft snow, but then it startet to hurt, because of the cold and the deep snow. I had to go back to the house barefoot with the camera and the tripod. You should have seen my face then , ha ha 🤣🥶. I still practice to be barefoot in the snow, now it´s not so cold anymore (about 1 C*) But it´s not easy to walk, the snow is deep and wet, it´s so slippery. But it´s nice to have the feet in the snow for a short while. The feeling afterwards is so great and I feel that it helps me to stay warm and to fight against cold and virus. I can really recomand it. I think it will have a similar effect to walk on cold wet grass in the morning. you can try that :-) Best wishes for you and your lovely animals ❤️

@@childofnature-norway I also want to try the cold swim… I saw jonnas new video and wow… to do it every day for a month… I cannot imagine the feeling…I can yet… I want to like near a lake someday… and do that… you live in such a beautiful country! 💚🌲☕️🙏🏻🐕😘funny how you ran back with the gear- I know that feeling- but freezing wet feet! I bet as they warmed it tingled!! 🤍

Me too, we got sooo much, over one meter in just a few days. It was very beautiful, but chaos on the road for 1 - 2 days.

That's really a thick/deep layer of snow, your video makes me hope to get some decent snow in the Netherlands again this winter like last winter. Did you also do barefoot walks while it was getting colder but when there was no snow yet to kind of acclimatise? Thanks for your videos, I'm not always getting around to commenting but I'm always enjoying the views from the beautiful nature over there in Norway. Thank you! ❄☃️❤️❄

Thank you so much!💚 I am very happy to hear that you are enjoying my videos and I love to hear from you! 💚 Yes, I did barefoot walks in autumn too. But not every day. I startet with my morning routine when we got the snow. Now we have even more snow, about 1 meter or more! I can not walk around barefoot now. We are almost "fighting" against the snow, working hard to be able to get the car on the road. I am just standing barefoot on the top of the doorstep, feeling the snow a little while. I need my boots to walk and work in the deep snow. I wish I could send some snow to you in the Netherlands 🌧 But not too much...it´s not so fun. We have chaos on the roads..

I have to admit, I need shoes when it's cold. I can't be without it in our winter, 6 months with so much snow and ice. I spend a lot of time outdoors every day. I couldn't survive without shoes in Norway😉 But I like the feeling to be barefoot in the snow for a short time. And I love to be barefoot when it´s warm.

Du gehst jeden Morgen Barfuss durch den Schnee ??? Das ist sicher sehr abhärtend ? Ich glaube, ich würde mich das nicht trauen...

Ja, so lange wir Schnee haben, versuche ich das jeden Morgen zu machen. An manchen Tagen war der Schnee aber so vereist, dass es zu glatt war. Es geht am besten in frisch gefallenem Schnee, der nicht zu tief ist. Ich finde das tut richtig gut. Ich habe immer im Winter unter kalten Füßen gelitten. In diesem Jahr nicht! Das Kneippen im Winter ist richtig gut :-) Wenn du die Möglichkeit hast, kann ich sehr empfehlen es auszuprobieren. Nur ein paar Sekunden, danach die Füße trocken rubbeln und in Wollsocken.

I give up. I'm tired of just watching you walk, run and move in front of the camera. Sure, it's nicely filmed, but I miss a dialogue where you talk to us your fans in front of the camera lens. Apparently there will be no video where you tell us about your life. However, I hope for change and I wish you good luck in the future

Hei Lars, did you see my message at the end of the video? My next video will be a VLOG, that means, I WILL TALK TO YOU 🙂. I planned to have the vlog this week, but the sound on all the clips I filmet where I talked to the camera was so bad, I could not use them. 😟 Frustraiting! (I have not a good camera..) Since I wanted to share a video on sunday, I had to cut down to a much shorter video where I only shared my morning routine. but: it is definitely something out of my life, because I am doing it every day, as long as we have snow. As I said, the next video will be a vlog and I will talk to you in parts of that video. I hope the video will be ready to share on sunday, but I can not promise.. Making videos requires so much time. I have to work and earn some money this week.. and to face some extra challenges (I will tell you about it in my video). If you want me to talk to the camera in EVERY video, maybe this is not the right channel..? I really like to tell stories without words.
