Nori snack, nori chips - this is one name for a new for us, but traditional for Japan and Korea, method of preparing snacks from fried sheets of dried seaweed. Recently, these chips are increasingly appearing on the shelves of our stores, at a very expensive price. And few people know - that the same appetizer, or even tastier - can be cooked at home, and at a very low price. At least several times lower than what you see in stores. The main ingredient of this snack is nori seaweed, sheets of dried seaweed, usually square in shape, most often used to make sushi or oriental soups. We offer you several recipes for making nori snacks - quick and slow, in a pan and in the oven, without filling and with rice paste, which is traditional for Korea. We will not be able to attribute these recipes exclusively to Korean, they are prepared in Japan and China, but the source of the recipe is certainly on the Korean peninsula.
