Hi, Norik! I stopped doing the weightlifting many years ago but still miss this feeling when you actually DO the weight. Clean and jerk was my favourite exercise and if I managed to lift it to my chest, I knew I was gonna end the lift properly. Thanks for the video...

No you should not be worried. What is your goal? Do you want to snatch and clean & jerk more or you are more concerned about dead lifts and squats?

You should focus on strength, complexes, and the full lifts. But with complexes you can do full lifts. For example you can do one snatch pull + snatch from the floor + snatch from the hang + overhead squat. This way you have full movements and you build strength at the same time.

so what you're saying is....I need to be Norik strong! Got it! Seriously though, are complexes a good strength builder? I've 3yrs. experience, just flat out need to get stronger, but, would complexes help to build strength and reinforce technique, more so than just squat/pulls/presses/accessory lifts. at 80kg BW, SN. 105kg, C&J 125kg, BS 155kg, PP 95kg. Should I focus on strength or complexes or strength and full lifts?

If my max front squat is 7kg less than my max deadlift, should I be concerned? I back squat more than I deadlift....
