Wen u eat in cal deficit u lose weight..simple..watever replacement she mentioned has almost same amt of cal as d food she was consuming earlier..like jaggery n sugar has almost same calories..jaggery has other health benifits over sugar....if u r thinking abt losing weight it's advised to cut down both sugar n jaggery..n eating brown rice or tofu alone is not helping her to lose weight..I have lost 7kgs in 6 months..I took it slow like she mentioned..I workout 1hr -1hr15 min a day..5-6 days a week..but difference is I didn't replace my fav or comfortable food..like spices carry almost 0 calories n chicken is a good source of protein..if u r cooking ur own food..rice n ghee kammi ya use panni..u can actually have biriyani..quit pannalam venam..I'm eating biriyani..atleast once in 2 weeks..wen u decide to lose weight..chose something that u can follow consistently..if u like tofu,jaggery or brown rice ten fine..illana weight loss aaganum ngrathukagallam follow panna theva illa...u need not punish youreself..cal limit la saptu regular ah workout pannale..weight loss agum..all d best..!!she did a good job though..👍👍
