I don't think someone looks superior than someone else when they don't get trained appropriately..now, can we compete the arm wrestler guy with powerlifter or bodylifter to do 1RM squat, bench or deadlift? Everybody is a master on his own field 🙏🏾💪🏾💯
Different types of strength. Guy on the left is a pro arm wrestler. All of his arm exercises are to that end. Most people don't put nearly the same amount of focus on the specific muscles that help in arm wrestling. Practice helps too.
There was a Korean survival show for strong men and women called Physical: 100 on Netflix. It was pretty interesing. The biggest guy in the show who looked terrifying had half of the strenght than the half sized guys, sweated like hell and had no stamina. His muscles should have been full of water.
Strength doesn't come from having more muscles because strength is a force which is exerted by our muscles so, even if we do not have much muscles, we can still increase our force output through practice.
