I used to struggle with the idea of normal, and for me not being normal became a deliberate part of my identity. When we put awareness on things, like being normal we make it an issue by feeding energy into an abstract concept, making our subjective ideas of an imaginary concept like "normal" into an experienced reality. When we spend time with and share our experiences with people especially our loved ones and family we can break those patterns and habits , allowing us to be more present and accepting.
