Nice Video nick Changing those chains and sprockets will help with the noise they are way too loud!! my customers would be throwing snowballs at me if my blowers was that loud LOL!
I guess my question (the big question) is given the choice, would you attach the Normand or the Pronovost??? I’m about to buy one at the farm show in March, your opinion and experience plays into my decision for sure. Thanks for the review, very helpful!!
Jona thon hey Jona, it sounds indecisive but you honestly can’t go wrong with either. It go with whatever dealer you prefer / is offering the better price. For me the decision to switch brands was purely financial. As a whole I have not been disappointed.
Nick what bolts were you talking about on the blower shuts that was working loose. Also would you highly recommend changing out the bolts on three point. Was that from traveling the bouncy on the unit? Thanks Nick Joe
#1 factor will be dealer support and price. That being said for subcompact I'd recomend kubota l6060 or deere4066r. Anything bigger than that go for a 6 series with a 24 speed power quad. The deere machines retain value if maintained well. I am biased for blower as I've never used a normand. Stay away from the case tractors, shop queens with tons a brittle plastic. For the bigger frame tractors power quad is less moving parts, more robust and a proven reliable transmission. Where I work our fastest operators use power quads.
