@sabbath178 State's road wins have come against BC, Clemson, and GT. those aren't impressive wins, but UNC's road wins are no better. State's lost to Maryland, UVA, Michigan, Wake, Duke, and UNC on the road. The only bad loss was Wake, but they have beaten both Miami and UVA. UNC has lost to Duke, UVA, Miami, Indiana, And Texas on the road. The Texas loss and the Wake loss are about equal, so your point is redundant.
1st off, UNC lost in the 2nd round and NC State lost in the 1st rd. UNC went to the ACC championship, NC State didn't. UNC finished 3rd in the ACC, State finished 4th. UNC was expected to have a mediocre season after losing 4 players to the NBA. NC State was projected to win the ACC and make a run for a title, but didn't! Who do you think had more to lose? LOL! Same old NC State, 26 years and counting.

Because the NC State fan I replied too said NC State was going to beat Indiana before the NCAA tourament even got started last year, I simply stated that they probably wouldn't make it past Temple, and they didn't.

Ha! State beat Duke with Kelly on the bench and Curry playing injured, and to have a Rival team, you have to beat them more than once every 10 years LOL! I don't mind losing to #3 Duke, they have the better team and deserve the it. NC State on the other hand doesn't deserve to go to the NCAA tournament losing to FSU HAHAHAHA!
