Government funded health care is a total joke. Reimbursing at 10 to 25% of costs will never work in the long run. As a retired small office practitioner, I left that system in 1986 before declaring bankruptcy. Even the regular insurance reimbursements don't cover the incredibly high costs of delivering health care. Freebie health care for a bunch of deadbeats will bring down the entire system. North Memorial will come down with it.
