The lake is nice for an inner city suburb. This is the first time in a while that we've been to North Perth and were impressed by what we saw.

Hello there. I lived in Perth for 20 months, 2021 to 2023. Unfortunately it was too slow and years behind the eastern sea border cities. I thought I had gone back to the 1990s. And iron staining from bore water is awful. The best suburbs are Coolbinia and Menora.

Most of the older suburbs have the bore water issue. And yes, Perth does move at a slower pace to the Eastern states cities but we are slowly catching up.

I used to live in North Perth along Charles Street before Covid pandemic, nice suburb and very close to the city, and I really liked it. Thanks for the video, Ivor & Susan!

It is a beautiful area with a lot of amenities and close to everything. We thought it was a great suburb.
