Thanks Ivor and Sue for the great video, I used to live in Wembley, beautiful suburb with nice parks, wetlands and a lake, and very close to the city. There are black swans in the wetlands as well.😅👍

Why are unit prices in most of the southern suburbs are $30-50k more expensive than that in the northern suburbs while they are nearer to the CBD?

Not sure. We think it's because there are more units in the northern suburbs such as Osborne Park, Maylands and Wembley.

I am not interested with the unit and apartment. They will go up, but still much cheaper than house.
