I live by Bancroft (I live here year round). Beautiful area, very woodsie, really well maintained roads. half way between 2 nice sized towns (Lincoln and houlton). Great area and safe. I could imagine this with a large enclosed porch. Spend 3 seasons in that room guaranteed.

My only complaint is with the lenses used, particularly on this property. GREAT build, attractive, an easy palette to personalize...just would really have liked non wide angle shots... That said, another Mooers SCORE! Cool beans!

@@douglasstjean869 Thanks for being honest. Buying and selling without weighted scales to be the rule of law. Yet, perhaps fate just doesn't fit you in milo? It's all about being where your supposed to be. It always helps to have neighbors that act like human beings.
@@justuschickens10 If a contractor is low cost, does good work... they are in demand. You would be surprised how many DIY carpenters there are with strong skills and do their own work too!
My cell worked fine and think this buyer who has a satellite for movies, uses a Verizon hotspot which works find for his needs. Consolidated Communications, checking to see if Pioneer Broadband services this area.
No problem with more land when only 57 people in the entire township but you have access on the trails and waterways to hundreds of thousands of acres of Maine outdoors @scott191 !😀
I live close by. No high speed, all satellite. But I use Starlink and it's way faster than others offered. I had Comcast on the west coast before and Starlink is comparable.
