Jumping Jack Flash is truly a gas gas gas! It takes a lot of work and dedication to build a nostalgia front engine dragster, it's just not a chassis, engine, and big tires. There is a lot more to it and I have learned a ton from Jimmy! Like I said from the beginning, there will be a ton of content, I want to show you the entire journey and what it takes to build one of these rockets! Jimmy and I want to drag race soon, really soon! The chassis has been certified and we still need to get to a dragstrip and run some licensing passes. So as usual, we are working around the clock!
So, what is next on our to do list? A lot, but it is all manageable. Yep, we are back on the little things, all the small things that commonly are overlooked that can sabotage a project. Not us though, we have a plan, and we are constantly discussing our next steps. In this video, we start to tackle more of those small things. Things like prepping and installing the vintage Moon fuel tank, installing the steering, and repainting the engine. Oh, Jimmy got the cylinder heads completed too!
There is a lot that goes into a project, and we are going to meet our goals! Before you know it, Jimmy and I will be smoking the tires and blasting down the dragstrip in style! Stay tuned my friends, this journey is about to be a trip back in time and it will be old school cool!
