My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed the Tuscany series, thank you! That said we hope everything is OK in your world. Posting six month old vids has us wondering if something unfortunate happened and you’re just ‘treading water’ till you can get back to filming. Best wishes from us to you!
That restaurant has no Michelin Stars if you look closely. They are on the "honorable mentions" list a few times. That's why their prices are not excessive.
Go to Certaldo. We stayed there for 4 nights last summer, doing road trips to Luca, Volterra, San Gimignano at night, when it was a little calmer, and Florence. Every morning and evening, we were treated to a more quiet and authentic experience. You gotta rent a car, but that was part of the adventure
Been watching your videos for months to study for our Italy trip, and we'll be there this Wed on our honeymoon! So excited, thanks so much for your great videos!
Thanks for another get video. I will definitely buy you guys a pizza. I have visited Catania, Ortigia and Taormina so far and can’t wait to explore more of Italy. Have another trip planned in May, including Siena and after watching this, I really can’t wait!
Aww thank you very much Nicola, that's very kind of you! 🥰 Your trips sound incredible and we hope you have an awesome time exploring more of Italy! 🇮🇹
Great tour, thanks guys. Do you find travelling in the colder months better? I love Italy and plan to go back but I'm thinking I'll go October/November. But I'm wondering, are most touristy places closed? What about restaurants and cafes? It looked pretty quiet at 5pm there, I know it's early for most Italians for dinner, do they still open later for dinner in the colder months?
Thank you Ron! We visited the cathedral a few days later and were absolutely blown away, so we understand why it is your favorite and with good reason! 😍
Love your videos. The mysterious sound to me is the metal cable of a flag pole hitting on the flag pole in a steady wind... Never heard of anti burd electric fences, also why would it give out a sound on regular intervals like that?
France Issues Scratch-and-Sniff Baguette Postage Stamps The celebration of French heritage in the run-up to the Paris Olympics was unveiled on the feast day of Saint Honoré, the patron saint of bakers.
Off topic I guess, but by any chance were you at the Doges Palace in Venice on May 11? I saw either you or your twin but didn't approach the person in case I was wrong and didn't want to make a fool of myself, lol!
Hi guys! Miss you! Question: Which video was it when you didn't validate your train ticket in your phone before the train departed and you had to validate it on the next scheduled train? Or maybe please just explain what you did as the workaround. Also, I just read something that said only regional tickets had to be validated. Is that right? TIA
Be careful from whom you purchase tickets online. My husband and I were sent by email vouchers "with old information and wrong" meeting point with our guide. The operator and guide later admitted this, but operator refused to place us in a group another day, said, unfortunately our vouchers expired. The operator is "My tour", or at least that's how they identified themselves.
Hi Grandma Bev! We are currently still in South Africa sorting a few things out so that we can begin planning the next leg of the journey. We are not 100% decided on the next location yet! 😅
@@TheGlobalExpats Wherever you end up going I’m sure it will be very entertaining to watch. Mateo should be a historian or tour guide. He’s so knowledgeable.
Hey Daniel, you are correct 😅 Unfortunately, at this moment, we are unable to remain in Italy full time and so the majority of our content is recorded during longer trips we take in Italy when we get the opportunity. We have a bunch of Q&A’s coming up that will explain our situation in more detail! 🥰
Love that crisp Italian mountain air but a bit less of the vino next time. Love your site and keep up the good work ! Your videos are great and give everyone on the outside a good look at what Italy has to offer - Be Good !!
