I'm a vegetable farmer and I use my EGO products hard everyday. I've been wishing for 1 -battery powered wheel barrow 2 -battery powered dethatcher (less about my lawn, more about bed flips) 3 -a EGO replacement motor for a 5hp to 7hp gas motor. Similar setup motor and batteries as the 2 stage snowblower, but drop it in place of a clapped out Honda or Briggs/Stratton. Would be awesome for the California regs coming. Think of all the small gas powered devices we could kick to the curb: -pressure washer -chipper/shredder -walk behind tiller -go kart!

Andrew the pressure washer would be a great addition to the Ego lineup! I'd like to see either a lawn mower styled leaf vacuum/shredder/mulcher with suction hose that is self propelled, a dethacher/scarifier, or a paint gun with reservoir that's portable. Smaller Zero Turn Mower, Tractor style Mower with attachments, and a Stand-On mower. Dethatcher and a Vacuum of some kind. Upgraded Nexus Power station with Nexus to grid capabilities and a J1772 receptacle.
I like the stand on idea and it be made waterproof. The pros mow in the rain but you can't yet on an Ego. You would need a gas and electric mower for a business. I think people are waiting on a pro series rider/stand on mower.
It cracks me up some of the tools they spend time developing! I don't need a stupid misting fan or light but do need a cordless pressure washer, cordless utility cart, dethatcher/aerator, transfer pump, etc. 🤣
An Allett Stirling has a dethatcher and also a scarifier attachment and it won’t set you back much more than 6 grand or so… uses an EGO battery and also has the EGO handlebars and motor assembly. It is also a verticutter and reel mower and even a lawn brush for top-dressing. The main thing I use is the scarifier (typically called a dethatcher by most brands in the states and they call their scarifier a dethatcher which is a more accurate description) and also the reel mower cartridge obviously. It ain’t cheap, but it already exists!
I have their single stage snowblower, it's pretty much the snow shovel Works great on everything but the plow row at the end of the drive, I still need the scoop for that
I wish I had a leaf vacuum/mulcher. Something like the Worx GT vacuum shredder/blower combo. I have had the Worx one for years and it's been great... I just fight the cord all the time. I think Ryobi makes something but I'm 100% Ego now.
I'm completely underwhelmed by these newest releases. Yet another string trimmer Yet another blower Yet another chainsaw Another ZT mower Don't get me wrong. These are all cool new products. But if you already have any of the above in the Ego lineup, you're not likely to be all that interested in buying another. If Ego is Chervon's OPE brand, what's the lawncare use case for a misting fan or a jobsite light? Meanwhile, * There's no dethatcher * There's no yard sprayer * There's no reel mower (other than that $4500 Allett) * There's no pressure washer * There's no shop vac * There's no yard vac I wouldn't complain about the missing pieces if they had them under the Skil 40v or 20v platform, but they aren't there, either.
I'm mad about that 750 blower. I JUST bought the 650cfm.. The tool I want from EGO, is a leaf vacuum, or blower with vacuum attachment. My old gas blower had two attachments to turn it into a vacuum . One was a shoulder bag, the other was a trash bin lid. Worked great!
man some nice new stuff and sweet ass upgrades!! Those lights are MINE, wish they would include the tripod or make that an option but whatever, I'll deal with that. I'll probably upgrade my string trimmer, that is amazing!! No bumping!! that is awesome!! The fan, holy crap, my wife is going to love that lol. 12amp hr battery!! Go Ego!!
An EGO shop vac seems like a no brainer… Milwaukee upped their game there this year, but still, not enough suction and 56V without the chord would be amazing. If they could do something similar to Festool’s long life bag… so far Festool is the best vac I can find, but having that power without the chord would be bye bye Festool vac.
Love the light and the fan, would like to see a tripod rocket light like Milwaukee's. A updated version of their single battery inverter with more watts(800).a shop vac. A car jump starter. Ohh and a radio/speaker. Basically more lifestyle / camping equipment. So you can utilize those batteries when you're not doing yard work!

I would rather that they build out their OPE lineup first, though, before they branch out to other categories. They still have quite a few holes in the lineup.
I would like to see EGO produce an ice auger for fishing. With EGO's advanced battery system there is no limit on the products that would be very useful and beneficial.
Chervon is coming out with a 2 handed power head / mixer this year under the Flex platform. It's targeted to mixing paint and mortar. I'm not sure if it will have enough torque to drill through ice, though.
Great video. I have been waiting to see what new products Ego will be releasing and it is finally here! As much as I love Ego I feel they are VERY slow to come out with new products. I will say however that when they do release something new it is top notch from the start and better than other brand's 2nd or 3rd gen versions. I have mostly been waiting for a dethatcher. They make a lot of lawn equipment so how do they not have a dethatcher by now? Very frustrating. After that I would also say a pressure washer would be on my list.

one thing I like about all my EGO products is the LACK of steel on them...the steel deck on the rider may provide strength but any steel deck on all my previous mowers regardless of size was the biggest weakness of the machine...sure, we are looking at 5-6 yrs down the road but my aluminum decks outlasted everything else on my former machines...just an observation...great video
PRESSURE WASHER!! I was JUST thinking this last weekend when I used my gas-powered one for the first time this season. It's the only gas-powered tool I have left to replace with EGO!

Interesting to see new 4Ah and 12Ah configuration as if EGO is producing a new (G4??) batteries that are based on multiplication of 4 (4Ah, 8Ah, 12Ah) Just like computer memory/storage while not increasing the size of the battery. New type of battery cells??? Looking forward to get the blower, trimmer and the light.
Want an ego scarifier/detatcher and the world's first portable battery powered core aerator. The cores can be smallish, but renting that behemoth from home depot every year is tiring.
You need to review the EGO 7654 leaf blower. It's been out for a while now. Please discuss decibels compared with 6504 and 5804 and ease of use with being able to vary speed with trigger.
I’d love for them to add a reel mower for the warm season grasses like Bermuda. I love my Ego products, but the rotary mower just doesn’t handle the heights I’d like to get to with my turf.
yeah this is my NUMBER 1 want. I've held off but i may have to just get one. I really need one for around the house!! Maybe come spring time they will announce something. With the supposed 12amp battery in the works, that would be a nice pairing in the box. :)
The smallest battery they offered is a 2AH. They had 2AH batteries in the older style battery. I have several of those. They had 4AH batteries in the older style battery. I have several of those. The 2AH batteries came out with the original weed eater and smaller tools. The 4AH came out with the original push mower and some other larger tools. I Really Enjoy your videos great job. I wish someone would do an adult size quad 4 wheeler conversion.
The original 2Ah and 4Ah were based on 2Ah 18650 cells. When cells improved to 2.5Ah, Ego used those to create the current battery lineup. I doubt they have gone back to older tech 2Ah cells. Possibly they have gone to a 21700 that has 4Ah capacity like Bosch, Dewalt and others.
I'd like to see a small chipper shredder vacuum for getting rid of all those leaves, small beanches and debris and turning it into mulch to use in the garden beds.

Have an Ego mower and looking to add on lol. Good vid, but they do have a 4aH the BA2240. Man I wish there part number had a ref to the amps etc. Also the Newer 16 for 2022 look way different, but dude why did they give it the same base part number (CS1600) And the 16" with the battery... OMG they took away the nice 5aH for just a 2.5aH ? Them saws really need the amps. No so much for the run time as for the torque. But the help with both is nice when your way out in the wood etc. You and the box say power of a 40cc. I can not find that type of power rating on the 2021 16". Do you know if it is the same or different ??? On the weed wacker... Been doing the bump think all my life, but that auto line would be good for the wife. I just wonder if it will use (wast) more line? So please look at that when you do your review. And on new stronger blower... Do you know the CMF on full, but not with turbo (extra power) button ? I’d like to see an upgraded power station that you could parallel get 7500 continuous watts i think ryobi really knocked it out of the park. But ego still wins in dollar per wh.
I agree I like the ego tools. But you should always acknowledge the competition and improve. The Ryobi has type c USB and parallel ability with the gas or second powerstation. Ego could do an update easy without changing much. I think ego quality is much better. And I own so many of their tools now I'm not gonna switch. Have six of their tools now. Would like to get the zero turn next.
I have the 650 cfm blower and we just had 4" of fluffy snow and I did my cars, sidewalks and driveway in no time. Clean to the cement. I also dry my car off after washing..no spots.
I would like to see a car polisher, maybe their smallest battery is to large, not sure. Also a reel mower. And finally, make one of the blowers be able to vacuum as well.
Been a Ryobi 18v fan boy for many years. I have been very reluctant to adopt a new battery system. However, I just pulled the trigger on the 56v Ego 650 cfm blower. I’m hoping that Ego comes out with a 56v Leaf vacuum/mulcher with a metal impeller. Ryobi has a 40v leaf vacuum… but most reviews suggest it’s a bit underpowered for vacuuming/mulching leaves. I have both gas and corded leaf vacuums, but I’m looking for a cordless/gas-less solution.
Does anyone have reasons why stores don't have the 2 stage snow blowers? I live in NW Ohio and have been looking since Sept in my area and no one has them. I want tool only because I already have 3 batteries, mower, blower and weed wacker.
So, EGO had a 4ah battery in the old days. They let it go by by. Bringing it back since they are using cells in the 12ah that are physically smaller and divisible by 4? Probably will have a fuel gauge too? I'd love to see one, or both, leaf vacuum/leaf mulcher. Mowers do a servicible job on that but it'd be nice to have a task specific tool designed to do both of those things. Leaf vac could be blower based (reverse the flow into a bag) or even mower shape based. Mulching could be a stand alone tool that sits on top of a trash can (similar to Sun Joe's corded product).
I really appreciate the videos and reviews. Other products that I would love to see EGO come out are... 1. Wood mulcher / shredder 2. Tractor mower vs the ZT 3. Wood splitter I know this is a bit more expansive to their collection and not quite in their wheelhouse, but... 4. Hand tools / power tools
I’ve got the Milwaukee Quik lok line trimmer and the Ego 580CFM blower but I’ll be upgrading to the new Ego blower and line trimmer when they finally come to Australia.
I just purchased a Makita 12 in. Dual-Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw. But hands down the most convenient tools for a carpenter would be such a thing powered by battery, as well an air compressor(for nematic nailers). It’s hard to build things off the grid without a generator. Battery powered saws and nailers ‘don’t cut it.’
Kite Army thanks for the Ego content. I wanted a 54" Ego zero turn with (6) batteries included so I guess they heard me. And its even better with 12ah batteries as I want it to cut my yard, my dad's yard, and 8 other acres so the 4hrs run time is PERFECT. Now if it can just be $6K and not $8K.....we will see. (6) 10ah batteries cost before tax $450x6=$2,700 alone so how much the (6) 12ah batteries would cost before the lawn mower's price? Over $3K just in included batteries so yeah it might be $8K I pray it starts at $6K and in a few year the 42" and the 54" both go down a grand to be $4K and $5K
