Glad to see a Black Man leading this message, often times marriage ministries are directed by white men. Not taking away from their knowledge and expertise; however, seeing people who I can relate to in multiple areas is refreshing. Word is powerful too!

@@VishusVenom I see so many comments like this its humorous. Why do you guys get your feelings hurt when someone makes a comment like this? It IS nice to see black positive role models in every area because we feel like their isnt enough and there can definitely be more. Or would you prefer that we keep the attention on all of the gangs, drug dealers etc? Ppl want to act like all of a sudden race doesnt matter anymore bc we got our full rights as human beings In the 60s... I hope to run in to more mature ppl in the future.

Mmh! So much I want to say but better that I just say pray for my marriage. 32+ years, praise God. I love the man! I am struggling. Greiving all the unresolved issues. Thankfully we reconcile quickly but so many unresolved hurts. God knows. Thank you for this great teaching!!! Really really good!!

The Holy Spirit is the relationship management professional of every marriage. If you want something fixed in your spouse, don't fiddle with the front end, go to the Holy Spirit at the back end and ask him to fix it. The caveat is, you have to have a good relationship with the Holy Spirit in order to get him to work for you. Another caveat is, your spouse too needs to have a good relationship with the Holy Spirit for them to hear and obey what he asks them to do...

Thanks for the feedback Helen. The Holy Spirit is indeed involved one relationships. Still we as free will moral agents, (people who have been given the power to choose) have the responsibility to learn and implement what we receive. We have to work at marriage through the strength & grace that God gives. Counseling, classes, wisdom from mentors all contribute to the choices we make.

He is the draw backer, I am projector of dissatisfaction. I calm down but my needs are not addressed. I feel ignored and rejected. He is asking me to understand him. I nag him about time . He is too busy for me . All he does is work. I’m feeling lonely. I’m studying him but he has very little to tell me about himself. He knows or at least I told him about myself and my family. Maybe he was shamed by me asking if he knows my family. ? I sent him videos of your teachings but he doesn’t watch them and I get disappointed like my work don’t matter . He is not only learning what I have to learned with him but doesn’t contribute to the learning experience. I’m praying for us . We are in this together.

Our marriage counselor says my wife and father in law have an enmeshed relationship with narcissistic tendencies. We’ve been to so many seminars and pastors and read books, etc, etc. her dad just manipulates her into thinking they are all wrong. She says it’s her responsibility to make sure he isn’t lonely and because they live more like the married couple my wife can’t be intimate on any level.

If you are tierd of being ignored for years feeling hallow all weekend yet for 3 years keeps leaving you alone every weekend even lets you get ready 3 days un a row and lie to you saying youll do somethingpurposely make you cry all countless times for years uncaring and rude to your pain thats intentinal.How about not coming home till 4 sm and letting your spouce freak out thinking something hapoened worryingor countless hours not calling what the hell kind of way is that to treat your eife then saying sorry yet repeating 3 dsys later then over a whole year thats an enemy who does not care whatsoever about your feelings your pain does not shoe badic condideration there is no other way yo interperet such blatant mistreat. Emotional Abuse then verbal nastiness.then 3 days in a row 2 weekends all year keep selfishly saying well they want to lay diwn at 3 oclock unstead. Rude but I go TV b.c ready. If your spouce knows theyre hurting you and keeps doing it theyre out to hurt you.
