As for inflation, when I read that Solomon made silver as common as rocks (1 Kgs 10:27), it sounds like the writer thinks that's a sign of prosperity, but I can't help but to see it as sign of rampant inflation. Am I thinking right about that? How would the poor have managed?
@@sharonsmith1783 Not specifically. Natron is not sea-salt. It's a mineral deposit of Na2CO3. It probably was the result of carbonate-rich lakes that dried out.
Hey, their solution to inflation at least tackled it. Our method is to change the metrics and always confuse rate of change of inflation with inflation rates and never talk about cumulative inflation. And we export it globally since most of the world trades in US dollars.
I did learn about the contraceptives, but the rest is new to me. Though the Hydrology makes sense given how they seemed to be the masters of irragation.
Great stuff! 👍👍👍 But what about all those things that did not change over the course of 3000 years. I think that is just as fascinating! Maybe aspects of practice of law, rule and religion etc. Things that could have changed but did not. I would not know what, but I know that I would enjoy such a video.
Well, you came in here and tried to be so insulting, but just like the rest of your bothering you do absolutely no research and just rely on insults. You have no idea who this guy is and just make assumptions like you always do because it’s so much easier than trying to understand anything
I thought using the Faiyum as a reservoir for storing water in case of a drought was a brainstorm of Joseph. If it was wild swamp land it would be one thing. If it was using good farmland then that would be contributing to the famine.
Really off topic. I guess I can ask when you stream again. You haven't even covered this and I never even heard of it until i was looking into stuff Supposedly joseph tomb was found along with a defaced statude depicting a robed man have you, if not can you look into it??
