The problem that ppl had was that when he dropped the my lover video in Africa, ppl were racist and disrespectful to the black women who were dancing in the video and racist about africans, Not3s didnt say a bloody word about that. def not saying the way people treated Mabel was ok, but i feel like people might have a problem with her and with Not3s working with her so much and not black female artists (fine Mabel's like a quarter black but come on that doesn't make her a black woman) is cause she seems like she's been given a very decent leg up into the industry to say the least (obviously her mum is Neneh Cherry and her dad's a producer) and it definitely doesn't look like she grew up short of much. So I guess a lot of black girls feel like Not3s is giving loads of shine to a privileged (more or less) white girl who hasn't had to struggle too much to get into the industry and is now getting to push out loads of r&b hits that everyone's singing, when he could be giving shine to young black female artists who might have to struggle more in some ways and they're not happy with that. End of the day tho I guess he can make songs with (and definitely date) who he wants and if Mabel can make songs people like then good for her i guess

By the way, are the girls on your panel British Caribbean? I ask because Not3s is British [insert African country], no? Afro-Caribbean British men (according to the stats) who marry white women make up 60% of those who get married. Maybe most of the black women who were complaining are of recent Africa origin. We've seen how British Caribbean men have made their women almost obsolete, with mixed race and other non-black women, perhaps they aren't going to let that happen to them (those of recent African descent). Lastly, one of the girls said "she's part black", and? The fact is she's not black and she doesn't look it. Equally, apparently this guy was silent when people were dogging out the black African women in his other video. Some see that as a double standard. I get you don't want to come across "bitter", but that you an do this whilst staying focused on the facts. Peace.

Number 1 - Some of you in the comments should have researched the history of colourism before talking about stuff you aren't otherwise informed on. Number 2 - the N word is an African American thing, its only in recent history that artists of African descent globally have decided to incorporate it into their music even though N---er was never theirs to reclaim as they weren't affected so I don't get why we're discussing it here in the 1st place.

This was alright but got moor interesting when the N Word subject came up. We did a video about this. So all we will say is poor education leads into poor decision-making. Is it a bad decision to use the word? Tbh no, especially if you know the etymology of the word. But what you got over-stand is most people receive poor education to maintain the agenda of the oppressor/ruling elite families.

I'm not watching your videos anymore. The level of intelligence is below my level. The subjects seem good from the titles but this channel and it's presenters are too commercial for my liking. This is not conscious enough for me.
