I've been using Musescore but I can't get it to resize to a proper fit for my tablet since i got my new laptop. I *know* i re-scaled it before but i cannot for the life of me get it to rescale now and it's a common question on the web apparently without a sufficient answer. This has been an issue for years. You'd think they would've fixed it by now... =_=
thanks for the video. I still haven't found a way to switch between rests and notes, and how to place one next to the other, it seems like anything I write goes straight to the beginning of the measure. that part still seems kind of counter-intuitive
Thank younfor the video! I have a question on how to create an entire new line of treble and bass cleft without it adding more measures in one single line? I tried to click on the add measure but it just add single measure without going off to the second line and i find it so annoying. Thank you in advance!
Hi! If you’d like to make a line break, select the measure you’d like to be last in the line, and then press enter. The next measure should be the start of the next line. Does that answer your question, or are you looking for something else?
After I put 5 scores below each other, I got terrible lagging, page is not redrawing, in "strip view" there is just "building measure xy" and nothing happens. I am not able to find where is some forced redraw button, as I simply cannot save and load the score every 5 seconds.
Hey how do you input different note durations for notes played at the same time like you have at 6.25? When I try to change note duration for one I can't do it without changing both
It can be really tricky to change note durations for notes happening simultaneously, but in this case, there's an upper line and a lower line. You can turn these options on by going to "Voice" then choose upper voice or lower voice to be able to have two lines of music going at once in one staff.
