கடவுளால் படைக்கப்பட்டதுதான் இந்த உலகம், அதாவது செந்நிற வானமும், நீலகடலும் , பூமியும். ஆனால் அதிசயம் என்னவென்றால் இந்த உலகின் அழகு அத்தனையும் தேவலோக தேன் இசையாய் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து இதயத்தில் நுழைந்து விடுகிறது , இசைஞானி அவர்களின் இசை வடிவில். தென்றலின் சாரல் இலையின் மீது. மனதின் லயிப்பு ராஜாவின் இசையின் மீது.

It was 2013, I heard 9:13 and it was a life changing experience. The title "Mozart I love you" followed by the name Ilaiyaraja. I hadn't explored Raja's music at that time and this blew my mind, especially the part starts at 15:39. Man, it's insanely beautiful.

I am listening to Mozart I love you...clearly isaignaani is the best composer in the world..evalo variations in the music..Mozart music ல எவளோ vibrancy இருக்குமோ அது இங்கே இருக்ரது.. வயலின் flutes.. செல்லோஸ்....not sure how many inßtruments..music ரொம்ப interesting aa poguthu...kandipaa isaignaani kku niraya lp records of Mozart .bach and seventeenth century music listen seira பழக்கம் இருக்கணும் ன்னு நினைக்கிறேன்....கண்டிப்பாக இசைஞானி இஸ் also a great listener of classical music..that is why he is so inspired...

This album came in 1988 April and I bought the original cassette as soon as it hit the shelves. I don't remember how many times I have listened to the tracks. My favorite was the third one, Song of Soul. I bet if anyone has sleeping issues, can play the "Song of Soul" track in mild volume & turn off the lights, will go to sleep within 20 seconds......

True. He composed the whole symphony with phil harmonics, London in just 3 days ❗️ which usually western mastroes take 6 months to about a year to compose‼️

But here, only films sell. Only filmi music is listened to by the masses. I fell in love with both the albums after listening to them once/twice. But 99% my friends did not like them even though they were big time fans of the Maestro. Really hardcore fans. Some of them remarked too --"why is he wasting energy like this?" Voice-less, Tamil-less music is life-less music!!. Well, so Ilayaraja had to be in films to gain attention, praise and thus contentment. If you think about it, everywhere it is the same, right? How much of classical music people listen to, how many people listen to, how many paino, cello, violin or flute concerts happen compared to the disco, rock, (c)rap etc?? Beethoven, Mozart and a whole lot of geniuses had to live on loans, alms and die in penury.

After listening to this album and how to name it, you can easily follow any symphony by great western composers because these two albums gives us a simplistic demonstration of how that would be . Raja the genius is explaining us the symphony here and his genius is in the blending of carnatic and folk .
