Really like how you integrated parts of your teams into the channel. Nothing as a company for me seems way more human this way. Even though it’s marketing in a way it doesn’t feel forced or in your face. Lots of love for the team and Carl.
@@grozaphy But their marketing is better than any other tech company right now. The second goes to Google pixel team. These guys ads or content is peak.
0:45 If you’ll ever make over the ear headphones, then this is actually a really nice indicator for noise cancelling on/off, so when it’s off the glyphs will be separated and off, and when noise cancelling is on they’ll power on and move back to the middle.
Its amazing to see industrial and cmf designers not only growing the community, but helping designers grow by giving constructive feedback based on nothing's vision.
It's really sad that as an "open" company that when you mess up you would rather delete the video about the failed nothing chats rather own your mistakes and show how you plan on fixing it especially when the concern was about security and privacy.
@@tavifetzstallingsnothing wanted to "make tech fun again" and released nothing chats - app based on sunbird technologies which allowed to have every imessage feature on android. turns out that sunbird had zero security - even no encryption, and they use lots of mac mini to make imessage working, so everyone with physical access to those mac mini could've seen everything anyone sent thru it. nothing removed the video after they took down nothing chats from google play
I could see this being a good way to get yourself a good grade in 3D art class : get nothing to review your renders teacher would be impressed, maybe I should tell a friend of mine who takes this kind of class to try !
I can honestly imagine the Head.Phone (1)'s moving glyphs showcasing its current mode (ANC/Transparency) by showcasing the volume of Ambient sound, altered by rotating the cup (like the Surface Headphones), expanding the Glyphs outward to let in more of the outside. I def think that Nothing's style is somewhat ingrained in stuff like the hints of red, the open, transparent nature of its appearance that uses Glyphs to convey something without using a whole screen, which ties us with everything, and I think that it's how we use these elements that makes or breaks a concept design. It's good stuff.
If you guys come up with a headphones overhead version I would be 100% inmerse on your products and ecosystem. You guys have to build this masterpiece!!
Should make the headphones closed back. But a opening part that opens up An turns into open back in a different mode. But make it flat studio sounding. An also boosted mode switch for normal listening That will take over the market.
regarding your question about the burger, technically it is the meat, here in Portugal when you ask for a burger at a traditional restaurant, you will most likely get one without buns on the plate, with salad and fries, you have to ask for a burger in the bread to get an actual burger.
Nothing pocket device with multiple functions with transfer pins (like pixel tablet with dock) will be the future for simply clear techie. One brain, multiples arms.
0:40 this could send this message: When they moving out it shows that the person is in transparent mode and when they are close together it is in noice cancelling mode.
maybe the glyphs on the over ear headphones could in some way indicate the volume levels to those around you, or be used to make their users more visible in darker situations. the rotating Cog could be a physical function that changes the volume so that you wont need to rely on touch controls or go into your phone.
nothing headphones with incredible audio quality, perfect sinchronization with android and ios, good battery, good materials but a really minimalist design id buy it with closed eyes.
Would be interesting to have headphones that indicate what mode they're in so you wouldn't have people talking to you while the noise cancelling is On or you can let people know you are listening by indicating that the transparency mode is On. Basically "I'm all ears" or "blah blah blah" indicator. The Nothing Voyage could be a practical yet fashionable working headlamp doubling as safety goggles. From reading a book in the middle of nowhere to fixing cars or even welding.
Amaizing i had the nothing ear one then i jumped to the sony xm4 but i always want the nothing ear 1 because of how great they look then i had to buy the nothing ear 2 still with them here now..
Hey Nothing company,if ever there is a chance one of you working there is reading this I would like to say that if you ever make a LopTop don't forget the glympse interface👍
How about NOTHING (to) Watch. Glyphs on your wrist that indicate notifications, running target, appointments, a pixel display that indicates the time. that's enough. For my feeling, smartwatches are almost useless, because you still have your phone with you anyway, so maybe that can focus on the necessary stuff
The big thing the burger is missing is glyphs. The user sees it in front of them unlike the headphones. So maybe should incorporate that into the top bun.
Even when the gliph on the headphones doesn't communicate with the user it looks cool, I'll like PPL to see that on me (mostly we Africans Likes "show-off" in Tech) 😊
The Nothing Pocket is a really interesting idea. Add a camera in the front, basically a device for the kid, through which tracking them is easy. It might also be good for kids, as the structure would much durable, IMO Personally.
this multidevice square could be something really nice. A Smartwatch which isn't a watch. It could come with a case which adapts it to a watch. If it had navigation functionality, it could also come with an adapter which mounts on a car, or the handle bar of a bike or motorcycle, like a mini nav. The wireless charging could be good for quick on the go charges with the phone if it needs to be. And maybe even come with a heart rate monitor for the occasional fitness tracking, in watch mode it would then just scan from below. It's the not a smartwatch smartwatch I'd want. Because I'm really waiting for Samsung's Fitness ring, but I'd also not want to lose the navigation functions on my watch I'd accept to become a tester for the ideas ;-)
Regarding the "Don't see what the user could see with the glyph there", one idea would be to inform others that the user is or not listening to the environment (music on/off, transparency mode on, etc). Quite usefull IMO, you can send me a pair later in return 😅😅 you're welcome
I really want to get a Nothing phone. But the current one is a bit too big. Not sure how many people agree with me, but I love the design language as well as the OS. As a pixel user, it's the only other brand I'd consider.
I suggest using akg k371 tuning and driver as basis to make a 200 dollar noise cancelling headphone. With an esoteric design like every nothing device.
I don't know if anyone will read this but just in case if someone did i was and am very excited about nothing as a tech space trying something new and useful. But lack of a headphone jack was a deal breaker for me when considering nothing phones I think not having a headphone jack takes away my freedom of how to use my phone that i bought from my money and own I don't hate wireless earphones i do like using them and uses they offer but removing headphone jack from phones seems like way to force customers to buy wireless earphones
Id be so happy if nothing makes an audio player ( similar to sony) like a lossless MUSIC player. i love my sony walkman A series, but they charge you nearly 300 dollars canadian for a 32GB module. if nothing can make a great music player that's strictly for listening music and audio playback with 128 GB storage (expandable) thats under 200 dollars, TAKE MY FREAKING MONEY PLEASE
Recently i bought Grenaro j13 wireless mic to shoot my RU-vid video but this nothing phone can't record my voice while recording... But Samsung and apple phone can do, why i can not in my nothing phone? I no OTG on off button in my phone setting? Please give us software update please. I don't want to change my nothing phone but same time i want to record my video with this j13 mic. Please helps us nothing team.
I would love to see the Head.Phone, I like them more than inears. Inears are for me only when I don't carry a backpack, so at the moment I switch between my Nothing ear and my over-ear headphones
