Hello, this so wonderful that I would love to put a link to this Video on a Parkour Platform in Hamburg "Die Halle" to use it as a tutorial for young Traceurs. Would that be ok for you? Greetings from "Die Halle" Hamburg
I can see where you may have thought that, they do start with the same sound. But the ending (may I say suffix?) is different. nothing = 何も ‘naniMO', whereas something = 何か 'naniKA'. I'm glad the words are different though. May end up really complicating things when you say "I want something from you." lol.
So you don't practice parkour? Without trying it you won't understand. You'll never be the same again once you start. I hated "jogging" all my life and were by no means a fitness wonder before I started. Now I'm running and jumping around for no reason but I'm feeling happy while doing it.
BCboneless Sounds good and indeed much of it is part of parkour conditioing too. I prefer to train outside though to get some fresh air above all. Also when you always stay inside you are prone to get ill a lot. I train in every weather, including frosty conditions, snow, rain, intense heat so that I'm not susceptible to what others call "bad weather". Last but not least parkour is the most practical sport you can practice. When you need to escape a fire over the roof weightlifting won't help you but parkour will.
