At the time of discovery he instructed the bank to correct that transaction. I believe also that it was good for the charity as the charity recieved interest from the bonds purchase. It was a win win but people like u wouldn't even understand bonds n interest payments. Just by your statement I can safely say that because no charity money was used to pay bills. There is life after politics and any 9-5 . There is nothing wrong with people carrying on business ventures outside of their 9-5 especially if there is no conflict of interest.
