@@tojifushigurosshe’s trying to say that this mf is pretending to put on a product on her already perfect skin that doesn’t have rosacea. dermatologist or not, it doesn’t inspire confidence.
It doesn't look like she has rosacea. Even though she's a dermatologist she doesn't know if one treatment or another will work on a particular patient. It's trial and error.
For years I’ve had and was misdiagnosed and finally got prescribe Azelaic acid 15% it changed my life I have such a simple skincare routine with this and my skin has never looked better and I do try to avoid all my triggers but this changed my skin I recommend it to anyone struggling
@@nekotamo1851 cerave foaming hydrating cleanser morning at night if I have make up on I double cleanse with the cerave balm cleanser then I go in with the cerave hydrating foaming cleanser after I’ve been put on the survey moisturizer sunscreen azelaic acid in the morning same steps at night I just add my Cerave retinol at night and I use benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment because benzoyl peroxide works way better than salicylic acid for me! I do add a soothing moisturizer from nature room at night as well as I use the ordinary hyaluronic acid at night only you can use it in the morning if you’re feeling like it and I only use no fragrance products
My cheeks gets red super easy, like when my skin touches something warm like a blanket, or when my hair falls into my face, also when another person touches my cheeks. Then they start to burn like hell and get red, sometimes it takes hours for it to go away. It has been really anoying, but idk if it is rosacea or just my skintipe or anything, i really want it to go away
This doesn't sound normal, maybe a consult with a dermatologist might help? There are quite a few products that you can try to help: Among them Lasers, tetracycline antibiotics, Rosadyn capsules, etc. Derms will know what to recommend. From a 30+ year Rosacea sufferer!
It sounds like it works for you, but not everyone has luck with this product! I used Finacea back in the early 2000s and it just burned my face, no help at all! (Finacea is a brand name for one of the Azelaic acid products)
I just prescribed it to myself, it is weird none of dermatologists or cosmetologists ever suggested it to me, I alternate it with metrogel, which used to help me a lot too many years ago when I was young
@@teehaha75 I can’t say I was that happy with it, it didn’t irritate my skin, and it seemed like it had some effect, but it was pretty minor, for more serious skin conditions I am afraid one will need something stronger
Doc , Im sorry but I also have rosacea and after my dermatologist gave me 10% azeleic acid cream it got a lot worse I had burning sensation as well as bumps , redness , flakiness and dryness 😢😢😢
I used hyaluronic acid felt it made no difference in my skin but it's better than my body Lotion for my face. My rosacea got better when I was pregnant. I thought it was gone now I have a major flare up. I put on azelaic acid and it just dried up the flare up.
Talk to your dermatologist about retinol. It helped me like nothing ever did and I tried everything. My rosacea is under control finally thanks to retinol.
@@ushiwaka19I take a cold shower and it’s 100% gone. 10 minutes later it’s back lol. I stare at myself in the mirror the entire time wishing it can stay like that
My skin burns so much when I apply Acelaic Acid. Is this normal? am so tired of the redness and flushing, but this ingredient seems so strong. Bothers my skin more than Tretinoin.
Doesn’t do much for me. Used for the past 4 months. In the beginning my skin looked great. Then purging that never seem to stop. Quit after 2 months, then restarted it and still breaking out like wtf. Only thing that has helped is in regards to skin softness and redness. Tho not a miracle cure. Tried everything else.
It makes my skin burn for a long period of time and makes me peel terribly. I was supposed to be using it three x's/wk and went to once and it did the same thing. :(
Did y'all even talked to a dermatologist before using this product? Lol y'all prolly don't even have rosacea or the skin condition that this product meant foe
Recommend a product other than retinol that can unclog pores, and treat comodone acnes pls😭 im struggling so much and i dont wanna use retinol cuz im scared itll break me out or damage my skin
I still get inflammation. The flare ups are less but the skin gets bumpy sometimes and it burns :( only thing that helped was meteonidazole i got from the doctor
Has anyone with celiac disease tried azelaic acid? I’m a to scared to try it because it’s derived from wheat, barley and rye. even though it says it’s safe, I fear thee pain and damage it will do to my body. looking for help! Ty!
Your skin care routine should go thinnest to thickest. So, if you use a gel version, it's one of the first items to go on your skin. If it's a cream, it'll be towards the end,
Does it work for extremely dry and sensitive skin too? I am afraid that while trying to fix my rosacea I'll ruin my skin even more with stron products :(
I have had a rosacea for 18 years, and recently i bought an azelaic acid from The ordinary. My skin has changed! Also i recommend you to eliminate a diary, gluten, soy and sugar products.
I also have very dry and even dehydrated skin. I've noticed that since using azelaic acid not only has my redness gone down, but my skin feels amazing! It was a pleasant surprise to suddenly have such soft and supple skin! I had already been using hyaluronic acid and moisturizer fairly regularly. While those did a lot to improve my dry flaky skin, there was still a noticeable improvement after incorporating the azelaic acid.
@@weekendatmyplace3483 can you, please, recommend something with azelaic acid ? I have noticed that the azelaic acid from The Ordinary runs out very quickly. one tube of 30 ml was enough for me for two weeks
@Auris I also use the ordinary azelaic acid and had a similar experience with going through my first tube quicker than I expected. I use a smaller amount now, maybe like the size of a bean. I prioritize dabbing it onto the red areas of my face and neck first before spreading it on the rest of my face. It's a thin layer that absorbs into my skin quickly and I'm still getting great results. I do think they should sell it in a larger amount though!
Can you use this while using Adapelene gel, because I have sensitive skin ( I’m not sure if I have rosacea ) and acne. I’m really liking adapelene gel to treat my acne so far, but I struggle with redness a lot.
I haven't tried it mys, lf but what I've researched says to use it during the day and adapalene at night. I'm at the point that I use adapalene 2 or 3 times a week, so I'd use this other product twice a week.
How to use it and when i use cisplat before sleeping and i pyt sunscreen when i go out ,wt time azaleic can be used and when i can wash my face after application ,and can i still use metro gel before or after
Severe rosacea cannot be fixed. Mild rosacea can be but not always. You might not even have rosacea. I’d make a skincare discussion appointment with your dermatologist.
