Why do you keep showing the spire as it was proposed with a modern contemporary look? That proposal was rejected so you should show the spire as it will be reproduced with its original look.
Notre Dame Cathedral is the most beautiful man made structure on earth. I shall return once again to visit what man created, and restored for Almighty God.
The dedication and reopening of the the cathedral will be at the 8th of December, the day of the the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, a fitting day for a ceremony in the Notre Dame de Paris (Our Lady of Paris).
Too bad they didn't get the restoration finished for the Olympic visitors but this way it's completed rebirth will get to have it's own deserved celebration. Congratulations Paris, France and the world!
