Is it possible for people with high stress jobs to achieve deep rest? I appreciate the gradual approach you’re recommending.

Definitely! Of course, that assumes that those people are taking the time to rest. For example, are exhausted people who work so many hours each week, that there is no time left for sleep. Those people will have to make changes if they want to heal. ⏱ While it's more challenging for people in stressful situations to learn the skills of relaxation, it's definitely possible. They will need to practice learning to let go of their tension as often as possible in more mild situations. 🌲 This is what makes monastic spaces like XuanXiuGong so valuable. They provide spaces for people to stay and cultivate in a much more effortless environment. May everyone find the rest and healing they need!
