Here is a simple, easy Qigong practice that can help with healing of body, mind, and spirit. It can help to release stress, tension, anxiety, and also increase energy in a gentle way!
Healing through Qigong practice is a 'natural process.' We are not attempting to do something magical or supernatural - we are trying to work with the body's natural healing ability.
When we get injured, our body wants to heal. When we have poor function of the body (digestion, hormones, headaches, circulation, etc) our body wants to function well. We also want to heal any emotional issues from the past.
This Qigong routine and exercise helps work with the body's natural healing process. 🙂

You are the best teacher Jeff - I smile whenever I see your face during practice. An extra boost for my chronic pain and fatigue issues. I am returning to Qi gong after 2 spinal surgeries and a third one lurking in the background. I am hoping Qi Gong will restore me enough with diligent practice to avoid more surgeries. Thank you for the video Jeffrey! I love your work, and the calm and rather comforting way you explain things 😌 I was wondering; would you perhaps consider making a Qi Gong video for lying down, even with no movement if such a thing is possible in Qi Gong? I can’t move much outside of walking back and forth in the house to eat food and small things like that because I’ve had Long Covid PEM for 4 years now, but I would really love a Qi Qong Healing meditation I could try lying down (perhaps the visualisation could still help a little)? I started in the lying down position. My hardest part was getting my mind to accept healing. Remember your body wants to heal.

Simply love the exercises and instructions. I do qigong exercises daily and feel stronger and centered. Love you style. For healing I do central channel breathing a few times a day and tell my husband 3 things I love about him every morning. So thankful for you. Your energy is so calming and helpful. 👍😉

Thank you so very much from Canada 🇨🇦🇬🇾 I just did this. (The Goose). Very simple and meditative but very effective and can be done anywhere. I am feeling warm all over and especially on my face. This will be added to my daily practice ‘Qi Gong routine for Stress, Anxiety and Energy’ that I have been doing routinely since I found you while taking a break from my Yoga practices due to having issues as i think that I overstretched in some postures. Thank you, Jeffrey! Practicing Qi gong makes me feel peaceful and calm. I also love to go out in nature, sit down, close my eyes and listen to the birds singing, the leaves rustling, bees humming and feeling the breeze and warmth of the sun on my face. I call this ‘just being’. I always feel so happy and peaceful afterwards. Hope this helps someone😃

Thank you Jeff! Love his simple routine. I spend time observing the squirrels and birds in my backyard and noticing the daily changs of the creatures and the trees, plants, and flowers to relax and get in touch with a peaceful feeling..
