I now own 3 of these amazing PCPs. They are very tuneable and shoot accurately. With a little tweaking, they easily can push slugs over 1000 fps and lead pellets way beyond that. That said, pellets are not designed to go these speeds and therefore will become unstable in flight. Simply made the statement to give you an idea of the potential of this platform. Yes, you can fill them to 4350 psi, however, my guns perform the best when I fill them to 3600 psi and refill when they get to about 2400 psi. I believe that this puts less stress on the internals of the gun and will help them last for many years to come. The synthetic version is by far the lightest of the 2 but if you like the traditional wood stock then the weight difference is only about a pound more. For the money, you simply can't beat these rifles. Check out HardAir magazine, they have a "thing" going on with ATI for a 20% discount that will get you the synthetic for 240.00$ and the wood for 280.00$. With an externally adjustable regulator, adjustable trigger, high and low power dial..."700-900+ FPS" with lead pellet 14.3 grains...not alloy, rotary magazine, very quiet and fully shrouded barrel, smooth side cocking lever, 3/8" dovetail receiver, and really nice removable sights that come with it...It's really a super deal. "AVS slugs...on eBay...out of this world quality and precision"...out of these guns are more than capable of holding "SUB 1 MOA GROUPS @ 100 YARDS". They aren't super pellet picky either depending on the distance you need to do your pesting from. All of mine will sub moa out to 75 yards and I'm not a great shot. Put a good scope on them with a parallax adjustment and see for your self what you can do with these awesome rifles. I wish I would have known about them before I wasted my money on a couple other PCPs that now set in the corner collecting dust. I hope they give you as much enjoyment as they give me. I chose the .22 caliber versions for the energy downrange and the wind bucking ability of a heavier pellet. Just a side note...the magazines are 10$ on Amazon and are the same ones used on the Benjamin Maurader and the Umarex Gauntlet. Very reliable and easy to load magazines. AVS or Air Velocity Sport slugs are designed for these Liberty rifles and shot better than other brands of slugs from them. I also have had ZERO problems with any of these rifles and they get used a lot by myself as well as my 2 grandkids and the rest of the family. Different ball game here in the U.K with sub 12ft 1b. Unless you go the firearms certificate route over the 12ft 1b. Shame about the total length of 4ft though.
