Welcome back everyone!
Let me start off by saying: This is the first hub I've ever worked on, and it was a PAIN to work on, lol.
(If you'd like to skip to the areas you need information on):
0:32 - F192.SB UM/Service Manual (sort of, more like a parts page)
0:48 - Measuring tape to measure axle for dropouts
1:21 - Removing grub screws (drive and non-drive side)
1:45 - Dowel Pin to remove axle
3:00 - Axle removal
3:32 - Bearing removal (not the best method but it worked for me)
5:10 - 10mm/11mm Explanation of why it doesn't work for this freehub
5:30 - 12mm Hex Key and Non-Drive Side Explanation on how to extract
6:36 - How to leverage breaker bar/Using inner tubes for grip against the wall (my own method)
7:32 - Removing the Stator Bolt/Freehub Body
I tried to gather all necessary information before attempting this, and fortunately, I found everything I needed through the interwebs and a tiny bit of YT (although I'll say that for this hub, there wasn't much on YT to be begin with).
So list of tools you'll need for this job:
2mm Hex Key (grub/stop bolts)
6mm Hex Key (or 10mm Hex Key if you aren't too worried about damaging the bearing and just want to punch it right out (this does work))
12mm Hex Key (stator bolt/washer)
www.amazon.com/EKLIND-14624-H...
dchild=1&keywords=12mm+hex&qid=1597426858&sr=8-2
Plumbing pipe (I used a 1/2 x 24" pipe, this must fit the 12mm hex)
Dowel Pins (5/16 in size, Home Depot has these)
Rubber Mallet/Hammer (both would be good)
Everything in this list can be had at Home Depot/Lowes/Harbor Freight or local hardware store for relatively cheap (most of these you'll probably already have).
Parts on this hub:
Freehub Body Part #: FH-SH-S1-10S-2P-ST (contact Bike Fettish for this part as well as for other Novatec parts)
Sealed Bearings: NBK 6000-2RS (AMZ or eBay)
www.amazon.com/PGN-6000-2RS-S...
www.ebay.com/itm/Qty-2-6000-2...
Here is the link to the other method I found online:
issuu.com/novatecwheels/docs/...
(this might work for you as well)
Hopefully all this information helps you guys out.
Took me forever to make this video because of the lack of information and the massive search for the correct info to avoid breaking anything, lol.
MAKE SURE TO LIKE/SUB/COMMENT!

Thank you!! Also works for the novatec d482tsbt hub. I used a bench vice to hold the 12mm Allen and then just used the wheel as a lever to get the stator bolt out Interesting that their freehub is not serviceable. This conveniently gets me out of that task

Some say it’s 14mm. So i order 12 and 14mm hex wrench. Hard to find 10+ wrench in the store. Thanks for the unlock info. Non drive counter clockwise.

No problem! I had to contact Vuelta directly for some info, but some was experimentation (I have some 10mm allens and they were just slightly too small, so I just eyeballed it and was right, lol). I tried to detail the info as best as I could. I hope it helped!

I'm facing this now and the fact that I can easily find cartridge type bearings is fine. Those work flawlessly. The problem seems to be with the two caged types used by the free running part. Novatec only sells S1 casette body, cartridge bearings, seals, side caps, stator screws, etc. but no caged bearings or at least prawls and springs if necessary. What if I need a ratchet ring? Looks like it's going to be a full blown hub replacement or at least the freehub body... :)

Yeah unfortunately these hubs weren’t really meant to be serviced from what I was told. You can replace the entire freehub and bearings and seals like you mentioned, even the axle, but the enclosed freehub bearings and ratchet rings are a no-go. If you’re looking for that serviceability I’d definitely look at another hub for sure. The tools just to take the freehub apart cost more than the freehub, lol. Those are breaks, but we live and we learn! 🤘🏻

Their EU webshop said that S1 casette bodies are on order and they have no idea on lead times. Mine seems to have entered the market in 2009 so it might have been a NOS part when I bought it in 2015. It's still running OK with a slight play and wear on the freehub side after these years so I'll wait a bit for the parts to be available. On the other hand I've started to familiarize myself with 4SB DT Swiss hubs like the 350. :)

How much of that 12mm Allen key goes into the hub? What length Allen key do I need? Thanks!

Honestly I had to put roughly 40mm of the 12mm allen key into the hub to get a hold of the stator bolt. The 12mm allen key was bought off Amazon (but you can use eBay). Get something that has at least a 2-3inch (75mm) short head and a 8-9inch (200-230mm) long section so you can get a good grip on it. And definitely use a cheater/breaker bar of some kind. You will most likely need that extra leverage. Best of luck! Side note: definitely put grease on the stator bolt. It will make taking it off easier next time! 🤘🏻
