the energy on these videos is immaculate. most reviews of this kind of gear are all about stiff techno. none of them have the sweet warbly textures and the mushy peas in the background that i require
So many demos of the Mono Synth display what it can do, but using sounds no one would want to ever hear in a song. Thanks for doing one that doesn't make it sound like a headache
Anybody ever had the idea to set up little corners with pedals&knobs&a small speaker around the house? Like, one in the kitchen to play with while you're waiting for the coffee to brew. Or by the toilet. Or as your doorbell. Have I watched too many of these?

James P Elektron boxes are pricey, but they are the pinnacle of that paradigm As far as computer based, Maschine can do that in spades Electribes can do it in limited but awesome ways Many iOS apps can as well. Elastic Drums is particularly excellent and can be phreaked to do non-drum things.
James P Maschine is software and hardware. There’s a computer program and a physical controller. The Mono Station in the video doesn’t need a computer to work it. ☀️
