As someone who owned two SAI licensed AW made hi-capas, can confirm they break very quickly. First was the safety lever, then the mag release, trigger and plastic rear plastic sight flying off the slide while firing... oh and the mags started leaking after barely two sessions of plinking in my backyard.
I agree with you I used to run a M9 and I loved it but I have ditched it for a SSP-18 which I do like but man the M9 felt good and felt solid the one I had was all metal and chrome. But the performance of the SSP-18 is just too good not to use. Ironically the M9 mags worked better that the novritch glock mags I constantly have had issues with the mags and I have had them send me 2 mags so far because the keep not working.
After at least 3 months having it, is there is any part that broke down or you needed to change?, I'm considering buying one but I wanna know if it is durable
Not exactly a Beretta but you should keep a look out for TTI Airsoft's new gun coming down the line; a bit more traditional appearance with many of the of the same good features of the SSP5 - TDC, low red dot, etc. Also wonder about how your stock trigger was for the SSP5; I pretty consistently hear out the box the trigger is heavy and would be worth adjusting.
It sounds good, and the action is crispier than thick kettle cooked crisps... But l will stick with my tried & true ASG CZ P-09 {oem by KJW}. I have had it for a bit over 6 years now, and it has yet to fail me.
I like the look of it and the idea behind it. But I know too many people who have had issues with Noveritsch guns before in the past. Great video to see what the internals are like. I'll skip it and stick with my TM's... Bum sausage
I had been looking I but I happen to agree with you it is ugly as F#@K. I had not thought of a Beretta 92 or 93! That is a simply brilliant idea! The Beretta 93R built like this would make a kick as close quarters gun with single burst and full auto for all the stupid. The 93R outer barrel . 6.5 were the ssp5 inner barrel 6.1 so you would not be losing much barrel length if you run the inner barrel to just before the muzzle break, The extended magazine of the 93R also helps keep size of the magazine to realistic proportions The Beretta 93r also gives the second hand forward grip and a place for a stock if you want.
Ok guys.... AAP01 Pimped (innerbarrel, CNC Hopup, Bucking) or this ssp5 just with a better bucking? Whats better? Which one has more precision with 0.25 indoor?
i feel you bro, all i want is some good performing wonder 9s. i don't know how many hours I've spent looking for a decent p226, but i can't justify buying one when my ssp18 is miles ahead in accuracy and reliability
Great video Luke. Looks like I won't need that custom build IPSC pistol now if this is an out of the box standard usable unit. Once mine are back from you I may just sell one of them to help fund one of these. Yes I am one of those cnuts!!
you can dude. you just got to convert the gas system on this and the hop system into a pattern conforming with the M93r. non dropping outer barrel, tdc or rotary hop, and do some trigger work and short stroke it. and you could. but you'd have to pay KJW to produce it for you under your own brand and it would exist
Get Ben Stoeger to license his name to a 92 and produce a stock looking Beretta that is stunning performance just like how he won production IPSC. I'd love a 5906 or similar though.
honestly id prefer to see more gucci glocks but for now i have to settle for an aw vx7 optics glock. gucci slide kits for tm glocks have vanished some time around the release of the vfc
It's a Vorsk remake. If you want one without the Novritch price tag, get a Vorsk. I can't speak of their quality but the models are exactly the same in many different colors. Great video as always though!
Vorsk is made by WE, this is made by KJW. Grip, trigger and magwell are off of KJW KP-06. The slide is custom molded and CNC finished aluminium. NOT CNC made out of one block like the aftermarket ones. If it was CNC machined block the price would make sense. The way it is it's 30-40% overpriced.
Martyn riggs is the reason I bought an m92 as my first pistol. Its a pup, it don't work very well but I don't care. I hang it on my wall and wait for Danny glover to tell me he's too old for this shit... 😁👍
In my part of the world, it's pointless buying Novritsch, because they're stupidly expensive. I bet when this hits our shelves I could buy a decent rifle for the price of one of these.
Looks ugly like all High Caps! Plus it's a Novoritch one so it's an expensive ugly high cap!! I got an M92 years ago that I used for target shooting which was really nice until the gas release valve on the mag broke, unfortunately it's not a WE and they'd used a proprietary valve design for it. I had to contact the company directly to get a new valve and apparently it was the absolute last valve they had so if it breaks again it's done forever... I retired it to preserve the RIF. My WE SIG 226 with a couple of mods (Maple leaf crazy jet barrel and autobot hop rubber with I-key) still kicks butt though, as do the pair of stock WE 1911's which they kindly allow me to use "Newyork relaods" with due to the 15 round mags where almost everyone else has HPA, M4 or Barrel mag High Caps with about £300+ of bits in them... I still beat them sometimes.
It's a shame really as I like the look of the front part but not in thats insane length if they do a 4.3 split slide with that front bit on the frame I would definitely but it. I see this alot now loads of standard hi capa from novitsh being really good and worth the money but the style and look is way too off why don't like allow people the customize it like have a shorter normal or split slide with 5.1 outer and inner barrel length you know stuff like that.
I hate the look of race guns, never understood the appeal in em, but to each their own I guess. I’m in the same boat regarding wanting a good M93R though… their known common issues is the main reason I haven’t even bothered looking at getting one… tired of the usual airsoft opinion of it being fine paying a few hundred on something that’s unreliable as fuck and breaks easily, or else needs upgrades immediately out of the box to make it work nicely…
Full auto doesn’t work on any We or AW! I e had 8 of them and all were shite and just don’t work! It’s the two piece safety, full auto hardware that causes them to lock up. Anyone want a new $200 FA AW High cappa? I’ll sell them for cheap and ship for free! Black ,red and gold colorway. Luke you can have as many of them as you want for $140 each or trade if you’re interested?
How on earth are people getting a airsoft gun from Austra in uk with paying custom fee or custom tax?? The custom charges will be around £180 to £500 depending so it confuses me how people can get it n without paying that
@@Historyrevenge777 how on you know last time I asked ups they said the custom charge will be £180 for a £135 from gunfire as anyone ordering outside uk has to order a certain amount to get a order and that in few places Let's not forget about tax and etc even it arrives in uk. So it a site outside isn't charging you for custom tax or any fees dotn order as that can bite in the arse and the government does have power to take your airsoft guns and destroy them if there not taxed and etc.
@@Historyrevenge777 so what your saying is that you don't get any type of custom fees, insurance charge and tax on your airsoft gun to pay off before you get it delivered from the customs??
@@Historyrevenge777 I find that hard to believe which it does say on all Hong Kong site that your the importer so you responsible for the custom fee/or taxes and etc 😆
Real Beretta 92FS' are shit pistols. Only makes sense the airsoft guns would all be shit too. I do have to agree with you that they look great though. I can't stand the race gun look either. Really showing off that skill as a weapons handler when you need all these fancy upgrades that would be absolutely detrimental to reliable performance in an actual gun fight.
@@allenkennedy99 agreed. But having plain toast for breakfast after years of only flour, doesn't make plain toast fried eggs & tomato on fried bread....
@@NegativeAirsoftTech I was just happy that it ran reliably tbh. That, and it felt heavy and went well for my vietnam larp. I only have vietnam era stuff, save for two glocks, one of which doesn't cycle
