+inFamous Hero The point she's trying to make is that for every good inhuman there is likely to be a BAD inhuman. We can't just let them roam free because the dangerous ones (of which there will be) will wreak havoc. We have to capture them and cure them and neutralize the threat. Daisy thinks that we should find them and offer them the chance to work with us or live their lives. Both are right, both are wrong. Daisy is being naive but Rosalind is being too protective. That's why I said, they need to capture them, test them and then release the good ones and keep the bad ones in cryo, or dead.

+inFamous Hero Yeah, but that's four years away and we don't even know if Agents of SHIELD will tie into it in any way. Plus, at this point nobody is even aware of the existence of Black Bolt or any of the Royal Family. The point is that every day of the week bad things happen to good people for no apparent reason, and quite often those bad things are caused by other people. It's the job of these intelligence agencies to do their best to prevent those bad things from happening, and that's what they're trying to do.

+inFamous Hero How does that make me crazy? Nothing else from AoS (or any of the other TV shows) has crossed over into the movies, so it stands to reason that this won't either. Yes, there are Inhumans who are good people and would gladly follow Daisy's training to learn how to control their powers for good. But there are also ones like Lash, who wouldn't even consider it. At least with the Rosalind and the ATCU the Inhumans have some chance of survival, whereas Lash doesn't care if they use their powers for good or for evil; he just wants to destroy them. Rosalind is trying to cure them because she knows that while some of them might use their powers to help people, as a wise man once said : "Some men just want to watch the world burn."

***** The stuff you pointed out is the complete opposite of what I said. You're talking about things from the movies crossing over into the show. I'm talking about things from the show crossing into the movies, which hasn't happened.

Decades of X-men comics say otherwise. Specifically that treating all of them like a threat tea do to make the super iliac ones sound rather sane. Plus the whole alternate future where efforts to deal with the perceived threat ended up with ALL of humanity screwed.

+Hartzilla2007 people born with power and people who lived ordinary lives and suddenly, a stone wrap around them and they suddenly got power. The later would be more scared, confused, and way more prone to hurt people.

+Hartzilla2007 They try to have it both ways in the comics. They try to show how mutants are like an oppressed minority, innocent people persecuted for no reason. But then they introduce a mutant who's too powerful, who can destroy reality or something and who's too dangerous to live.

+JP Gorski Nobody knew who Lash was, but he still existed. It's the same in real life, you won't see or hear about a lot of the bad things that happen, but you better believe that they happen. You could have a conversation with someone who seems completely normal, but behind closed doors they could be a serial killer or a rapist. Being too trusting can lead to horrible things happening to you if you trust the wrong people. While all not all Inhumans are like Lash, that's the same as saying that not all humans are like Bin Laden.

+Kevin Carney they're not all evil but they're all dangerous and in 17 months the terrigen would have spread worldwide. That's like a 100 plus walking bombs per city, that could either go off by accident or intentionally. It's admirable that you want to just catch the Lash's and keep the daisy's but let's not forget that she also caused several massive quakes that endangered the lives of her teammates as well as herself before she got it under control. She even shot herself bro, when she knew things were out of control. Now imagine 3-5 daisy johnson's all trying to get their powers under control at the same time?

+Enzo They definitely will. They've tied nearly every movie that's come out since the beginning of AoS to the show in some way, although Winter Soldier was obviously much bigger than the others. I imagine the Civil War crossover this spring will be a big one like Winter Soldier and not something minor like Thor: The Dark World (the episode where they clean up the university in London), because the current plot of the show dovetails perfectly with the movie. It just wouldn't make sense for them not to be connected.

Slingblade87 I get it. However, I'm talking about the biggest tie-in yet: something from the show appearing in the movies. So far nothing that has appeared in the show affected the movies, you could count Coulson and the Helicarrier call but that could've happened without them there really, it's too small and nothing new. We're talking about something new to the MCU, from the show, and to become a plot point of the movie... which probably won't happen. But I really wish it does.

Enzo Oh, I see. I totally agree. They could've easily enough acknowledged AoS in Age of Ultron without going into Coulson being alive in detail (which is what they were supposedly afraid to do because it would confuse people who don't watch the show). Someone had a perfect idea: they could've put Patton Oswalt on the hellicarrier. Too bad it didn't happen. I hope we get something like this in Civil War. It's only fair to throw a bone to AoS fans considering all the heavy lifting the show does for the MCU, and it honestly wouldn't be that difficult to do.

I agree. Inhuman or not, what Rosalind is doing is very disturbing. She's not even giving them a chance to learn to control their power & use it for good. She just sees it as a disease to be cured. In that way, I think she's really no different to Lash.

flo bat it's not a question of evil, it's a question of safety, if one inhuman who doesn't know how to control their powers is going to kill another human bystander, it is fully justified to kill them to prevent that. Humans absolutely could not hurt other humans just as badly, a human has a fighting chance against another human, and even if they fail there's a chance the killer could be caught, but if an inhuman can vaporise people leaving no trace just when they feel like it, the situation changes.

this isn't a race thing. black people aren't born with loaded guns. she saying while there might be good people, that doesn't change the fact that there are bad people out there who will misuse it. then there are those who have good intentions, but have a gun in there hands that can go off at any moment. making them a danger to those around them. shield has good reasons, but not everybody will share there ideals.

Price has a point overall but she can't just put every single Inhuman in stasis without bothering to verify that they're a threat, that's a gross violation of civil rights/liberties. They need to do individual risk assessment instead of putting everyone in the same "Inhuman = dangerous and must be contained" box, which is just like racial/ethnic profiling in the real world. But then, I bet the U.S. government is putting a ton of pressure on ATCU to deliver because the public is freaked out, so Price is going with a "shoot first, ask questions later" kind of mentality.

With a huge list of supers in the governments hands it could potentially be used to discriminate them or be used in far more devious ways if the wrong people come into power. Checks and balances need to be set to prevent the misuse of such authority. But for now people should be able to choose if they want to be identified or not.

ItsMichaelReid Yes, they're independent individuals who can kill hundreds of thousands inn seconds. Registration is part of the checks and balances. You can read minds? Register, because you can invade anyone's privacy, no matter how careful they are. You're a perfect spy. Change shape? Register because you're capable of the best kind of identity theft. Super strength? Register because one punch can bring down a building. Control minds? Register because self-explanatory. You register guns because of the dangers they pose to other people if left unchecked. We can't take away super-powers, but knowing who can do what is very reasonable. In X-men 2, Charles almost killed every non-mutant on Earth. Many thousands or millions likely died during his attack. Magneto dropped a football stadium on a city. Mystique impersonated a head of state, a colonel and a general. Nightcrawler almost killed the president of the united states while under the control of another mutant who can control minds. cyclops blew the roof off a subway station. Gene Grey almost destroyed Earth. Tony 2) almost destroyed downtown, 2) almost destroyed a city, 3) almost caused the extinction of the human race. A grudge-match between Thor and Loki leveled a small down. If that was a major city thousands would die. Doc Connors almost created 8 million lizard/human hybrids (in one of the dumbest plans ever). Hulk.... is Hulk. Their right to privacy has limits. The fact that several of them can destroy our entire species kinda invalidates that right.

John Eusebio Thats why they need to be trained by the time their out of the womb to prepare them and teach them. Doesn't matter how many people you register there will always be that one that will sneak under the radar to take down or pass through the system. The best you can do is to train people to be able to prevent and to stop almost all possible categories of superhuman. The moment we start to think everyone is a potential threat is the moment where were no different then a bunch of cavemen staring at each other from opposite sides of a field with a dead deer in the center. All of them want a particular outcome with that deer and will do anything to get that outcome even killing their own.

ItsMichaelReid So you want to train every one who's ever born, and you think that's possible WITHOUT registration? How would even have a clue which womb they're gonna come out of? Seems like registration is necessary to train them, too. Otherwise how will you even know? And the person who can blow up Manhattan if they get pissed off is a potential threat. This isn't about reagular real-life human rights. This is if there are people born with teh destructive power of a nuclear bomb.

+John Eusebio it was there identity they were worried about, it's there families and friends. these heroes have gotten a whole baggage of evil people who wants to kill them. then they give away their identities which leads to there family connections. with that many villains, do you think you would let your child go to school everyday?
