Love this. I have a circle of friends from college and we each have a story about something our wives did when we were broke that let us know she was the one. For me, it was when my car broke down right before my last semester of grad school. My gf at the time didn’t hesitate to let me drive hers to finish the semester. Fast forward a bit, we’ve been happily married for a decade, 2 kids, we live comfortably, and she doesn’t have to work if she doesn’t want to. No better feeling than a good woman who has your back through thick and thin and vice versa.

It took me around 37 years to find the right woman and I truly wish u met her earlier. She saved my life she stuck it out with me threw all my medical troubles I was having she worked 2 jobs abs land still came to see every serving she want working in the hospital slept right next to me every night. Now I'm able to pay her back I spoil her as much as I can and I'll do anything for her. Fellas once we find that right woman you will know and you need to treat her like the queen she is. Ladies I want to caution you. She did this, I imagine, judging by the nature and quality of their relationship, because she cared for him, there was mutual give and take etc. because of those precursors it opened his love and appreciation for her to a new level. Doing something like this for a man with whom those precursors don’t exist in hopes to open the door of love and appreciation will most likely not yield the same result as it’s coming from a place of manipulation. Don’t do things for a man to win his love. If you have mutual love and teamwork then that’s healthy and beautiful and you both show up 100 as a team.

I felt like that about my husband, but I knew he was lying to me. I never backed him ever again. We soon divorced. I lost respect and admiration for him. It's beautiful to see that love in others.

This is the exception not the the norm. I know several women who took out loans and credit cards for their man. One had to take on a second job for 2years to pay the loan and the other’s credit still busted after 5 years.

I just saw a movie that was similar to this situation. The wife paid for her newly husband to continue to go to law and medical school. Fast forward 15yrs later and he completely forgot his wife helped him get his degrees, divorced her and refused to pay her any alimony!

Actual true story. He never had any interest in their kids either (boy & girl), but because she was getting child support, he decided he would fight for FULL custody. He was determined to not give her a cent. She was so outraged after the divorce, she harassed and eventually killed both the husband and second wife…who were living the good life up to that point.
