I feel like Konami care very little for the franchise anymore its been 7 years since Downpour and they canned Kojima's Silent Hills....I feel like Capcom should be the developer to buy it if Konami ever sell it
I love Mary's enchanting haunting voice. Her vocals seduce my soul everytime i listen, its like im in another world with her, a fantasy, its making me feel free
I can sit here n listen 2 her voice all day 💞 Silent Hill was nt only in my opinion 1 of the best horror franchises of all time but had 1 of the best soundtracks ever it's so sad that these games went kinda downhill after Team Silent left but both Akira and Mary def do it justice
I know I've heard the basic melody of this song on some other game soundtrack before... But I can't remember wich, it's so frustrating... EDIT: Well shit... I've tried to remember what game it was for so long, and I finally found it. It's "Turret Wife Serenade" from Portal 2.
SH: BOM isn't a bad game, its just a bad Silent Hill game. Except for the music, which, while not as great as Akira's compositions. Still manages to capture the mood of SH.
Not the best game of the franchise, but there´s something curious. It´s practically the same story (and partially the mechanics) of an argentinian game named “La piedra de Anamara” (or the Anamara´s Stone). When I played Book of memories I was like: wait a sec, I already heard all of this. La piedra de Anamara is not available anymore, but for some independent developer in the middle of 2000´s was a good project.
I know I'm super late on this topic but am I the only one that just now realized that this particular soundtrack is what you hear in the background when you're exploring the dungeons? More so the first level of dungeons?
It actually sounds like a song from Akira, nott exactly the same but with a different style. actually im glad its sounds like akira's songs, cause in any other way this wouldn't be geat xD
I will always love the music of Silent Hill, its just a shame this game didn't have more effort put into it, it could've been better than what they offered. Kojima, I am counting on you, my friend.
It's been so long since I've played Silent Hill the Silent Hill games that I played what Silent Hill 2 3 4 and homecoming and it's such a shame that I see so many fans still want Silent Hill for the PlayStation 4 or other consoles and honestly if the Creator was smart he should sell his company to Bethesda the people who made Fallout to have the creators from Fallout make a silent hill game it would be unbelievable and also to have every famous Silent Hill song for a playlist for you to select what song you want to listen to whoever is reading this make sure this gets to Bethesda and make sure that Bethesda gets the rights to Silent Hill
