We had 2 plows very similar to those. They gave us many years of use. Got to where we couldn't get good points for them. Never got a pair of plows that turned dirt like the john deere plows. I do believe that is the model number. The one plow had the same number on it. There should be a tag on them.
Each frame rail with have the John Deere and a number stamped into it. These item are just before the last cross brace. These number will help ID the plow. It might be a 4 B series with an enclosed clutch. It looks like 2 12 inch bottoms. You can measure the distance between the rails to verify. Also Tyler The plow guy can help with parts and Identifying the type of plow it is. I have 2 4B series plows,on steel. Also have one large wheel and one smaller one. The smaller wheel is on the land side of my plow.
