Bang on. What a simple and clear cut explanation. After being in a narcissistic relationship for 10 years and coming out after knowing about this disorder. I can say you have touched most of point. In india people are not much aware about such disorder but we are producing more and more. I wish people become more and more aware about this disorder. It’s literally hell living with such demons. They will literally push you to death still will not regret because you need empathy to feel which they don’t have.

I laughed about knowing myself in this video I am exactly like what you said. My brother told me I am a narcissist and I searched about it now I will follow up by showing empathy towards other people and I will care and equally respect everyone and I will not only think of myself anymore.

These peoples are full of egos and attitude. Their silent treatment and their behaviour of cheating is the main thing.

Whatever you mentioned is 100% true with my Narcissistic wife. But why the world doesn't know about it.. This can't be proved in front of judicial system as well. Need to bring more awareness about it because Narcissistic personality is increasing more and more due to improper upbringing by parents. Parents these days don't have time look after their children. So, this personality is a real threat to society. We can save many innocent people from depression or other Ill effects

Hey! Thanks for this video… I have been with narcissist person for 2 years. He was exactly like you explained in the video : manipulative; exploiting others with no shame; self centric; abusive; not appropriating anything; raising hand; not respecting family members; etc etc… thankfully i am alive otherwise he made me suicidal & depressive. This is my second chance to live life my way.

My narcassist father sold my body organs and made me a handicap. I was a national basketball player, then he hospitalised me at the age of fourteen by giving me poison and taking me into coma. When I came to consciousness I was told by the doctors that I have juvenile diabetes. Today at the age of 40 I am walking with crutches and I am addicted to insulin whereas in reality I have low BP. And he keeps me hungry and abuses me all the time. I was a teacher in Germany and earned in Euros. I don't know what to do.

Because I have done extensive research and am passionate about this subject, I was hoping you will use terms like love bombing, new supply, future faking and cognitive dissonance etc, "because you talked about them all briefly.." However I understand that you might've wanted to make these concepts easy to understand so you skipped the terms but great job, I can finally share this with my family since it's in Hindi.

Recently came out of a narc relationship. The worst part of this kind of relationship is you wont realize how wrongly you are being treated till you come out of it. My ex is a narc and she made my life very difficult. At first she used to do all the things which I desired from my partner. She totally build a perspective like she was a person whom I cannot have or difficult to find a person like her. Then once I was in her fake made up personality she slowly started violating my personal boundaries like my office things, my friends and other things. If I would oppose she would react as if I have done something major wrong. Silent treatment was given to me. Manipulated me like I was at the fault. She was really hard to please.. no matter what I did. It was never enough. She used to talk and think very negatively like nidhi said. She couldn't handle criticism. Created fuss in small small things. And finally... something happened between us and she her self brokeup. I am still not able to understand why she brokeup maybe I started standingup for myself and was no more a puppet. I am really thankful it happened.. if you are into one or you can relate to the video pls pls walk away from narc. You cannot fix them or make them understand that they are wrong. It is worthless. So save your self. No matter how beautiful or charming the person is or how great the sex is or anything else just walk away.

Thanks for this video..its really life changing for many.... i have also faced this situation ... although it was a love marriage 18 years ago...lmy life after marriage was full of criticism and blaming etc .. although he is good ,loves me too.... but his narcissistic traits were killing me inside...i lost my worth... felt worthless.... developed many health issues..... But the story started changing since few years...i started practicing all the tricks explained in this video somehow with gods blessings.... i removed all expectations... I accepted the fact that his nature can't be changed...i started making myself distant from him from inside... started doing regular prayer and breathing meditation.... and started focusing on becoming financially independent... Now i am in much much much better position...all my health issues has resolved...i m emotionally much balanced and strong....i feel good from inside....his behaviour has become better than before ...... but I don't care much....i try to not react on anything... neither interfere in his business........

This is absolutely terrible..I am daughter of a narcissist. I gone trough this n nw its too late..she already harmed me psychologicaly..she succeeded what she wanted..now i am not able to get married..what she always wanted..my student life ruined..she insulted me infront of friends n teachers..she plays so many mental games..its hard to explain..n yes she uses other siblings ..ganged up n torturing mentally n somtime phisically..now I am going through severe depression..I used to be a vry enjoying person with friends ..now I forgt how to smile..she played with my emotions so much making confusion ..n now I find love is hard..I dnt knw what she got frm all these.. now she exploiting my brother..torturing him emotionally..make him feel guilty..make him starve ..next level torture

He is like everyone is fool in this world and he is like Einstein, he used to say his fashion sense is better than Allu Arjun, he used to manipulate me and said always I told this u r always used to forget

We had a mam in our higher education level who was narcissistic and used to constantly devalue the weak ones, total obsessive about looks and achievement, highly competitive, envious and seeking admiration. Had bad times when she used to humiliate me infront of people.

Just this month my 1+yr relationship with a narcissist got over.. I'm glad for whatever happened.. atleast I'm alone rn.. but i no longer have to go through his shit..

I remember when I was in 9th grade there were some guys who were narcissists,they used to make me uncomfortable by making sexual remarks in the name of jokes and would point out small mistakes of others.But if a teacher or any other student pointed out their mistakes they used to argue and create ruckus.

Video is overall awesome....my favourite part which made me ur fan....starts at 9 mint.....the statement about low status friends u stated.....i always thought of this about a person and gossiped with someone about her and low status friends of her....and she was ruling them .....and feeling like a king....and than gaining energy ,charging from them ....and than feeling that i m some special person....my friends thinks i m very intelligent and superior person so....u shud also adore me....and praise me.....and give me special place ...because she strongly belives herself superior from that energy and special attention provided by her crap friend.... I simple desi haryani words They say... Andha mein kaana raja.... Means one eye person ruling the blinds .....and feeling superior because he can atleast see.....as the blinds cant......narcissistic person always finds a company of blinds.....to get that energy....... I visited a restaurant. The server was being mistreated bya manager with a hot temper creating a drama attacking a brand new employee with little training because her co workers all called off sick. This wreched task master would not roll up his sleeves to train her but yelled at her to do dishes and take drive up orders and yell at her for not clearing off tables and she waited on me the bestshe could and I noticed the security cameras recording all this. A few days later, she no longer works there, and I asked the owner why she is not working here and he told me she was not qualified according to what his assitant manager said. I asked the owner if these camers are hooked up to a video tape machine and if so, does he keep a regular library of videos and he said yes we do. Why do you ask? I told him about that evening i came and what i saw, and that none of the employees came to work and how this employee did more than this narcissistic assistant manager did by gas lighting her and yelling at her with no mercy! He went to his office and ran the tape and the woman got her job back and the other manager who fired her was chewed out by the boss showing his assistant the tape had him terminated from his job. I give God praise for providing this woman a witness and devine deliverance. I cannot imagine the type of upbringing some people had that corrupted them or know the causes of such personality disorders.

meri b bilkul esa problem hai. i am a canadian who married indian girl in 2 weeks. very sweet. after her coming to Canada, i was finished, completely. i am now mental (gaslight) with addiction problems (from anxiety, living with someonewho wants you dead is difficult), many legal issues, can't see my kids, career ruined from trying to take care of her and fix her. but nothing works. thanks i still want her back.. and will use this diagnosis to be accepting
