No, there is no cure for Narcissism, because narcissists do not have capacity to self-reflect. I have suffered badly due to a narcissistic mother and sister, and the dangerous kind of them is covert narcissists, who looks like a kind and caring person on the surface but very evil and jealous inside due to their super ego. For the outsiders they are the best people in the world, but behind closed doors, with their family members, they are evil and sinister. It runs in the family and goes from generations to generations as narcissists give the same treatment they have received from their parents to their children, and some of them will become narcissistic. The only cure for this, if you are emphathetic child or person, just go no contact, leave narcissists permanently and never look back, I have done that and it is much peaceful, you need to heal after years of abuse and that will take time, but eventually you need to take your life back from the clutches of evil narcissists, whether he/she is your parent, sibling, spouse or any other relation. Let there be peace.
